I love Zaxby's but this one missed the mark. Ordered a Cobb salad with grilled chicken and received totally burnt chicken, rusty lettuce and the most anemic tiny sliced tomatoes. Looks nothing like the menu picture.I fell in love with their Cobb salad after stopping by the Cleveland, TN location. Was expecting the same quality but this location needs help.
I know it's corny, but if I could leave less than 1 star I would. I worked at this location years ago, and can say that it has definitely gone downhill. Yes, that's exactly what this box came out of the drive thru this way. No shaking or anything from the window. It was set in the seat, and I pulled into a spot to eat. 1 tender didn't even make it on the same side of the box. And the fries... the fries were Luke warm at best, and from my best guess had been sitting for over 30 minutes. No seasoning at all. I don't know if they forgot, or just said screw it.and the portion sizes. I think back when I was working there it was roughly 5.5oz measured ever time. I could be off, but that's what I remember. Measure it every time. I remember that being beat into us regardless. It would be enough to fill up both little pockets in the back, not whatever they had put in there. Meal wasn't the best at all. Also had an extra top bun, probably from where they put Zac sauce on a bottom and realized it was no zacs. Best part of the meal was the poorly mixed sprite, and largish pellet ice I got to crunch on as I drove home to wallow in the sadness... hell I'd recommend a trip to McDonald's first. 10 dollars for this is pitiful.
I didn’t even want to give this Zaxbys a one star. The service was horrible and the food was awful. We went through the drive through and the lady told us to pull up. Well after waiting 20 minutes I went inside to get the food and it was sitting on the counter. The lady said they were waiting on the salad. Then we get home and the food was cold…French fries were hard, my chicken sandwich was horrible and the salad was all wilted and not cold. I am just disappointed with this Zaxbys and management needs to be aware of this because this type of service is unacceptable.

They were fast and had clean tables. Food order was correct and they had no problems handing out condiments for us, a party of 5. Plus, we got more than 2 napkins apiece.
Usually really good, last trip the kicken chicken had very little hot sauce or blue cheese and the fries were a bit old...
Nice service from the manager that was above the general service in a fast food place. Great food as always
I got their boneless wings and OMG they were amazing. I will return for them again.
