The employees were very nice and friendly which was great since I waited for 10 wings and 6 chicken tenders for almost 45 minutes. I didn't care for the wings, had a very bland taste even with their sauce on it. The friendliness of the staff is the only reason I gave them 3 stars, without that staff it would have been 1. Very disappointed with wingstop.
This is the second time we have used this wing stop. Quality is always lacking- traditional wings are dry with little sauce. Cajun corn was dried out and dehydrated looking and tasting. Cheese fries have barley no sauce at all and we’re cold and soggy. I went back in and paid 5$ for more mild wing sauce and got home to realize they gave me the hot, watery one.I will go back to driving further to the Clinton highway location bc when we order from there wings are juicy and dripping with sauce, sides are hot and fresh.
Fries were burnt and they left out 6 wings. The wings we did get were barely sauced. Absolutely will not be back.
We spent $50 on cold grizzle and fat. We ordered delivery thru door dash. The dasher sat at the location for 40 minutes waiting for our order. He was texting me apologizing for the extended wait time. It only took him 10 minutes to get the food to us once they finally got it ready for him and the food was cold like it sat forever and got cold before they gave him the bag. We didn't get one of our drinks. We ordered one 8 PC and 2 6pcs and got 3 6pcs. The food: cold limp greasy fries. They were probably good when they were hot. I wouldn't know for sure though. The wings: terrible quality meat. The boneless wings were so salty I could only eat one. I like salt on my food but this was excessive. Plus they were cold. The bone in wings were awful quality. There was very little actual meat. They were mostly fat. They were also cold and greasy. $50 literally in the trash. Horrible. Disappointing. This place gets the gong. There's plenty of other places to get much better wings and fries in Knoxville and they'll actually be better quality, less expensive and hot. Wings express, wyshbones, and even zaxbys or little caesars, for example. We won't waste another dime here.
This is the absolute worst customer service of any place I've ever been. Employees are more interested in each other than customers. Food takes forever to get ready. Be ready to wait 20 or 30 minutes after you order. I hadn't been there in over a year and thought surely they have gotten better.... If anything they are worse. Want to order on line for delivery? At least an hour before you get your food. They treat delivery drivers worse than regular customers.
Wow. These people do not care. We ordered a 10 piece with seasoned fries. We received a pile of inedible, breaded goo--barely any chicken in the nuggets--and completely cold, not all the way cooked, totally UNseasoned fries. What a waste.
I don’t understand the bad reviews! We order through door dash for dinner and got our food pretty quick. The food was fresh and so amazing! Some of the best wings we have had! I have saw reviews on the price and duh the price has gone up…. Hasn’t everything in America?! They have to raise prices just like any other business. To me it’s worth the price regardless!
So my chicken was fresh which is the only reason I didn't call and complain. However, I ordered lemon pepper and got parmesan. And they have went up in pricing for a 10 piece, celery and a dipping sauce it was almost $17 bucks
One of the very few positive experiences i've had at a business in knoxville. Food was ready at the quoted time, accurate order, good food, staff seemed friendly enough and the young lady greeting people was very on top of things. I cannot stress enough how rare this is in Knoxville - it's hard enough to find a place that meets ONE of these criteria, much less all of them. Knoxville needs more melanin
I love Wingstop. Ordered from there regularly when I lived in TX. This location has the most incompetent workers and management I’ve ever seen and because of that I can’t eat Wingstop in TN. I ordered online and had an order # for pickup. It charged my card and I ended up leaving with nothing because they didn’t have any orders… this is horrible. They should close this location down. It makes the whole name look bad.
