I walked in at 2:58 PM on a Wednesday and was told immediately upon opening the door that they were closing for the day. Service doesn’t get much worse than that. At the very least turn off the open sign next to the door so people don’t have to walk across the parking lot to get turned away. Also, closing at 3 on a weekday is ridiculous.
Hopefully this store will go the way of the oak ridge store.Customer service is NOT a priority at ww stores.Dont dare ask for the so called employees to do their job.The girl behind the counter actually rolled her eyes when my father asked for a drink.Bad management.Terrible owners.
My son and I had great lunch experience there! There was only one person behind the counter at the time, but she was friendly and attentive! Our sandwiches were were made promptly, and tasted delicious!!!

First time customer. Pictures of the bread on Google Maps sold me on Which Wich. Amazing customer service and food. I got the "Wicked" and my daughter got the "Cali Club", mine was delicious, great consistency, with a good quality pickle; she said hers was the standard by which other sandwiches would be compared. Delicious milk shakes too.

I did eat lunch here 2-3 times per week, every week. But after yesterday I will not be anymore. I am the easiest customer to deal with and I always tip. I never ask for anything for free. My order was messed up two days in a row. Monday and Tuesday to be exact. The manager Sam tells me on the phone "Since we messed up your order 2 days in a row, I'm going to offer you 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks tomorrow to make up for it." I wasn't mad in the moment because I understand things happen.She even took the order verbally for both meals on Tuesday after she tells me this. I tell her it's ok, She dosent have to write it down.. I can just call it in before I come.I understand mistakes happen. I was not mad that the mistakes were made. But I was offered this and satisfied she was going to make it right. Now I do feel I need to mention I had less than 10 min to eat both days the orders were messed up. But the offer of 2 free meals to compensate for the inconvenience did make it better.I call the order in, go to pick it up. I go to get the food and Sam tells me it's $14.00. I looked at her and said you told me two on the phone.She responds with a condensending tone. "One meal was messed up and you only get one. "(Do what now? What about Monday?)I didnt argue I paid the $14 dollars. I didn't have time for that and that's not who I am.But, BIG BUT, SAM LOST EVERY OUNCE OF RESPECT I HAD FOR HER IN THAT MOMENT AND WHICH WICH LOST A 2-3 DAY PER WEEK CUSTOMER! I understand mistakes happen. But I do not tolerate bold faced lying in the moment out of embarssment.
It's hard to rate Which Wich anymore, because all of the locations are disappearing. All of the ones local to us in northeast Tennessee are gone now. We visited this location during a leg of our vacation, however, and enjoyed the nostalgia. The menu has changed, seemingly streamlined, but still with enough choice to find something similar to our favorites. The cashier was very friendly, it seemed clean, and the food was good. We will definitely pay it another visit the next time we're in Knoxville.
Great sandwich place. They were packed when I got there for my takeout, but the two behind the counter were cranking out the orders.
