I went in today, and no one was in the dining area.I chose two Super sized sandwiches. One came with avocados, which was for my son (who doesn’t like avocados) and mine did not, (but I like avocados). I asked them to give put ‘his avocados’, on my sandwich please, and they said they would have to charge me for the avocados to be put on my sandwich! It was stupid…and the kid argued with me…I love the subs, but with a Penn Station and Subway within walking distance, and a Jimmy Johns and Nixons Deli not far off…they need to rethink their business model!
This is definitely my FAVORITE sub place!I get the WICKED and it is absolutely delicious ?. Each sandwich is made just how you ordered it and to my liking ?. Honestly I'd rather eat here then have a steak dinner any day. I can never get sick of this place! I really do recommend ?Thankyou Which Wich for your superior sandwiches!
It's gross. The cashier tonight could care less. Everything about our order was wrong. Never again.
No Longer SuperiorA number of these points concern the significant downgrade of Which Wich's quality as a whole, and some deal with this store in particular.1. Which Wich has revised their menu, and they've removed many options (the pickled carrots from the Bahn Mi, egg salad, bleu cheese, the cranberries and stuffing, etc...) which set their toppings apart from more banal offerings.2. In doing so, they've entirely removed the ease of selecting toppings from the UI of their bags. The bags are now branded but blank, so identifying what might be on the menu requires everyone ignoring social distancing to crowd around a small sign with 20pt font. You spent the money on the branding printing? Why bother if you're killing the UI?3. They've removed the ability to put together a vegetarian/cheese sandwich with any sort of ease. This push to prearranged combinations means that noting a desire for just cheese on the blank UI now flummoxes the staff. The poor gentleman asked me twice what meat I wanted.4. Perhaps due to this confusion, I ended up with one of the three cheeses I ordered. And this lacking sandwich cost me the same as the baseline steak sandwich purchased at the same time. Removing the ability for multiple cheeses to substitute the meat offerings means that there's a serious subsidizing of meat eaters occurring at my expense.5. The fresh avocados in the example photos are really a middling guacamole blend.6. The sandwich in the photo is nowhere close to being a $11.95 sandwich. Where are my toppings? The few reasons this isn't a one star review is that some of these issues are on the national level, and the location doesn't deserve to bear the weight of all of that, and I cannot say I *hated* the final product, despite it being sub-par.
Loved it... But the only thing that I didn't like was the fact that their fryer is busted has been for a while now and that's one of the reasons why I like going there
They should update their online menu prices. The sub was excellent and the topping selection is very good. Everything seems fresh and of high quality. The only small issue was the staff wasn't wearing masks, but I wasn't too concerned.
We always are pleased with WW. The owners are great people who care about the community.
It was my first time trying which wich. Definitely coming here again! Too bad their fryer was broken, would have loved to try their fries.
The employees are not professional and they take a long time. The sandwiches are good and filling, but even so, when you see the totals it is surprisingly expensive
