Took a long time to get acknowledged and food ordered. Took longer to actually get food. A waffle appeared first followed in 5-10 minutes by the rest of the order. The staff was really loud about stuff unrelated to providing service. Smoking by staff seemed to be the most important thing going on. I have been in a lot of Waffle Houses and this was the worst. Not going back
They got us in our seats within 10 minutes and had our plates down shortly after, all during a Sunday morning rush.. place was packed!Food was cooked perfectly.
Honestly, it’s the total package… while we were waiting for our perfectly cooked all star special our table was blessed with a story about a pet raccoon named Shirley. The ambiance, the smell and the overall experience puts this place on another level.Colleen was a delight, imagine going to grandmas house on a beautiful countryside with the fireplace roaring… that is the level of comfort and delight she brings to this fine establishment.I’m not a Christian man but I imagine this is what heaven must be like on a good day.
This was the best Waffle House I have had in a long time. The service was great and the cook did a fantastic job. I eat WH often but rarely this good. Definitely check them out
Friendly staff and good food! They're always so sweet to my service dog who is in training.
Place used to be affordable, but definitely not worth the money now. The staff were friendly, but the floors were very dirty and none of the staff seemed inclined to sweep up the dirty napkins, partially eaten toast, and bits of food and debris all over the dining room floor. Two burgers with two hash browns with cheese, no drinks, price was over $25 not including tip. Never going back.
Waffle house on cedar bluff has went down the drain. One morning I called 6 times while driving to work because it was on the way to work. The next to last time I called it went straight to voicemail as if someone has sunt it straight to voicemail. No one answered the phone. So when I pull up to the store about 7employees was just literally standing there doing nothing. I will never go back there again. Need better employees.
Let me start off with Danny the manager was outstanding. He greeted us at the door and took her names to be added to the waiting list in his head. Danny’s team had a full house but was able to get us sit down with 10 minutes of arriving. Chris and Mickey the chef cook my meal to perfection. My waitress Caroline was outstanding in every way. This waffle house should be the standard for all other waffle houses. Never seen a teamwork so efficient in my life.

Going down hill fast. Actually tasted good, but then on the way out, seen the cook cooking and he put his bare hand in the jalapeno jar slapped then on someone's food... Yeah not going there again!
