7 am, Saturday morning. 6 customers, 7 employees. The place was an absolute mess. The old spilled batter around the waffle irons looked really nasty, almost nauseating. The employees were washing and banging pots and pans around in the sink, as if they were 3 days behind. My syrup was cold. My waffle was barely warm. Other than those minor distractions, a good experience. I won’t be back.
Horrible service. Two waitresses were being disrespectful of another. Call in orders took precedent over seated patrons. One of our orders came out fast, 2nd got his 20 minutes later, I NEVER got mine although I asked about the delay. Finally had it removed from the bill. The two waitresses chastised the other waitress when she tried to help get seated customers orders to their tables. The unprofessional behavior and public rudeness was terrible. Personally, I have been a waitress. The two waitresses should be fired.
I give no star rating, we went in sat down on April 24 we sat there for about 10 mins or so no waitresses came or anything next thing I knw the cook comes over and says were o ly doing to go orders dont k w shy no one told yall. Every table in the restaurant was dirty with dishes . Several people were turned away . Very dissatisfied with this WH.so I would rate a star but had to to post
They are a hard workin’ team!! Great service. Friendly!! Good cooking’ just like home!!
Great as always. The jukebox makes it top notch. The omelet, hashbrowns and bacon were delicious. The coffee was perfect.
Not the best location ive been to down south but the food was good
Tea was bitter, grits were dried out moist in part of the middle eggs were great though. Prices are higher than I remembered. Not the cleanest not sure I would eat here again.
We stopped here on our way back home and not only was everyone pleasant but the food was good too. But our waitress Angel was awesome! She was on top her game! Thank you for everything
We like morning shift, they are on their game but night shift from 7pm-Later have such bad service that I couldn’t even give this location as a whole more than 2 stars and it’s also so bad it compelled me to write a review. For one thing our waitress told us she didn’t know how to cook but was going to attempt our meals and had us walk her through how to make them, then she forgot the main thing we came for… WAFFLES lol she burned them and ignored us for the majority of the time because she was preparing for the next shift and talking with the cook. I wish I would of got her name but we barely saw her. It was just absolutely awful but morning shift are a total different story. They are always great. Just NEVER come 7pm or later. Total mess.
The waffle house is a great place to eat. I love their breakfast foods. Hail satan!
