I’ve only been here for dinner, but it’s been great every time. I didn’t have anything to complain about and the atmosphere is one of the best in Knoxville.I suggest going down to The Vault after your meal or during your wait to check it out! You won’t regret it!
Our experience at Vida was great Our waitress was so nice and helpful especially being our first time. Cocktails are pricey but so good. Food is amazing and we would recommend the guacamole, enchiladas, and Elote (corn).Great portion sizes. Our only compliant is that we brought our 16 month daughter and we were informed they have no highchairs and don't get very many kids. We improvised and we never felt we weren't welcome because we had a baby. Keep that in mind if you bring a baby who uses a highchair. Overall great food and loved the atmosphere
Great atmosphere. Very elegant. Good central location. If wanting to hang out with friends for drinks or sharing plates for dinner, it's perfect for both. The food is absolutely amazing! One of the best all around dining experiences in Knoxville.
The food was wholly satisfying— delicious, filling, and comforting. Got two small plates and one entree to feed two hungry people and it was perfect. They threw in a birthday chocolate bowl with fresh fruit, brownie and cake pieces, vanilla ice cream and a chocolate shell melted with a flaming brandy sauce that was everything you could ask forThe BEST spot I’ve been to in Knoxville. Absolutely recommend. Brandon was an incredible server !
Wow, a hidden not so hidden gem. We are here on a Friday night, and the subtle beckoning of the sign painted on the building called us in. An amazing experience every step of the way from the interesting cocktails to the delicious South American inspired menu. Don't miss this, it is definitely a superb culinary experience.
First time here and I'm really glad I chose to go. The employees were friendly and answered our questions regarding the menu quickly. The Banana Daiquiri was really good. We ordered several dishes from the menu to share but my favourite was the Tostada Con Camarones. Will definitely have dinner here again.
I went to this restaurant with high expectations. I checked out the reviews and went through pictures and read through their menu. Everything sounded and looked good. But, it really was the opposite of what I expected. The food was mediocre and when I tell you, you can go to Taco Bell and order anything from their menu and it will taste better than most of the appetizers and meals I ordered. The drinks tasted like any bland drinks you order at a club. Everything looks beautiful. I mean literally, the drinks and meals looks picture perfect. But, it really is bad. Definitely not worth the price. The meals and appetizers all seem to be “inspired” by some better authentic version of what they actually do. I wish I had read a review like mine before I decided to go.
Excellent restaurant! Had the beef tips and were cooked perfectly medium rare. Enjoyed the scallops, street corn, and guacamole dip…everything was spectacular. Worth every penny. It is on the higher priced side, but worth it. Side note, all the cocktails are generously on the strong side!
The food was wonderful ?the atmosphere in the vault was very nice...we ate the rock shrimp scallops and a few othe dishes ...taste was very good.. they also have great mocktails and a non alcoholic wine... that taste just like the real thing... we loved the experience.
New Years dud. No decorations or vibe. Dull but noisy drunk people. Food was a disaster. Menu choices limited to cheap low quality food but a very high costs. Soup cold. Meats were fatty and poorly cooked. Chef does not know correct cooking temps as scallop was raw but burned outside. Beef rib dish all fat and not flavor. Duck was covered in sweet and horrible. Soup served cold? Really just a restaurant focused on profit and not quality. Will never go again and advise others to avoid this place until they can prove a chef with ability and food at higher quality.
