Stopped in by chance.. Didn't realize they had a place in Knoxville.. Food was good, service was slow. She was new and couldn't serve beer. So, not a normal occurrence. From what I could see, everyone else was getting served fast and treated well. it was packed for a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. I would recommend for sure.. Beer was really cold!
I had the Chicken Fingers and Potato Salad. It was delicious. The prices were reasonable and the waitress we had was fantastic. They do dress a little skimpy...hence the name Twin Peaks...so...if gals in bikinis or short shorts and small sports bras offend you, this would not be a place for you to go. If you enjoy good food and great service though, I recommend you give this place a try.
Service was excellent. Waitress was very helpful and friendly. The burger was fresh and well cooked. The fries were seasoned well. The seasoning on the fries were a little spicy but good. Would recommend. The atmosphere was up beat. Will go again.
Great food and service plus you can watch your favorite sports teams play on the many tasks they have.
Always enjoy our lunches her and Katy Jo always takes care of us!! We will always come back as long as she’s there!!
Wasn't too sure about stopping in as we had been by this restaurant many times. It had always been referred to me as Hooters on steroids. After reading a positive post about the food we decided to give it a try. The ladies uniforms are a bit skimpy but I wouldn't call them obscene. The service was very good and there was quite a mix of customers. The food was very good. I love a good Cuban sandwich and this one hit the spot. I wouldn't hesitate to take young children to this restaurant. We will be back!
Went into twin peaks tonight for a quick beer and let me tell you, this is the best experience I have EVER had, Hallie and Paige are outstanding and so friendly. They were quick and funny and I will definitely be coming back if I know they are working ! Good job ladies !
Went for the football draft. They were busy but managed to stay on top of everything. No waiting! ICE cold beer. My favorite part of the entire experience is when the beer forms a little ice puck at the top because its between 27-29°, (it tells you on the wall) Great TVs. We do wish they would of had closed captions on though.. had the chips and salsa.. ehh. Then I got the chicken tacos and it was the same sauce.. didn't realize that so I was tired of it by the end of the meal, but that's mostly on me. Overall, will continue to go there again. And a shout out to Gabbi the bartender. She's been there for a while and it's because she's amazing!!! We love you Gabbi❤️
Had the worst experience here last night. The waitress was terrible and she didn’t even listen to what we were ordering. She kept rolling her eyes. My boyfriends brother waited forever to get his drink and it was wrong our food finally came out and it was wrong. At this point we’re ready to just go somewhere else and eat. I go up to the host and ask to have a manager come over and I now understand why the service is bad. Poor management equals poor staff and service. The manager has terrible customer service she was making excuses as to why the service was terrible. And then my boyfriends brother was telling her he always has an issue when he comes here and she asked him “well what day do you usually come” he told her the he comes on the weekend sometimes and she said well that’s why we’re extremely busy and understaffed. It was excuse after excuse as to why the service wasn’t good and our food was wrong. We ended up leaving and going to hooters and the staff there was extremely nice and our order was correct.
