Food is very good. They had just served our food and said ‘Enjoy’ and we had actually taken a few bites of our food. However, we were then informed they closed at 8:00 pm and we could no longer be in the restaurant after they closed and had to leave. So we sat on the curb to eat the remainder of our meal. If they had just informed us of this when we walked in we could have gone somewhere else. I guess ‘The Almighty Dollar’ outweighs common courtesy.
Service is always excellent!!A small discrepancy in consistency depending on who's working...but never had any issues!I always get the same thing but today I tried their new Tropical teriyaki Flatbread..no quality issues but I did not like that at all...I'll stick to my favorite..southwest wrap.Always great friendly service!
Their smoothies are good but not 100% consistent.By this I mean about 20% of the time the smoothie is not thick like it normally is and has less flavor. When they are bringing their A game the smoothies are awesome.The food is great and my favorite is the jerk chicken wrap (with the chicken plant substitute). I am glad to see more plant based options on the menu at places like tropical smoothie!

Used to love coming to this place for a cheaper healthy option, but for the last few times I’ve ordered their food for curbside, they never bring it to my car and I have to go in to get it. The employees are usually rude as well. Why offer curbside if you’re not gonna do it?
Great food and smoothies, but it's like stepping back in time to 2018--no mask in sight. This location is better than the one next to Costco, so if you're choosing between them, go to this one.
If I could give this location 0 stars if I could after my we experience.My wife and went to the Cedar Bluff store to get a couple if smoothies to go along with our lunch. It was between 12 and 1pm. When we entered the store, the employees looked at us but never asked of we needed help or even welcomed us into the store.I purposely made eye contact to see if she would acknowledge me to no avail. Another customer came into the store while we were waiting and received service. After 4 minutes of waiting we left because I can spend my money elsewhere. Poor customer service is not even at the top of my list.
I ordered a hummus veggie wrap because I’m vegetarian and after my first bite I realized it was chicken in it. Chicken isn’t an ingredient in the hummus veggie wrap. I’m dissatisfied and frustrated with the fact after being vegetarian for so long, i eat meat without it being my choice.
Little bit of a wait. Called ahead to get a substitution made on the order and while they were making it they almost gave me the wrong thing but caught it before giving me the completed order. The food and drinks were excellent! Refreshing and delicious.
Their food and drinks are wonderful, never had something i didn’t like, but they will mess up your order or forget something %80 of the time.Make sure to check your bag before leaving. I’ve had experiences ranging from missing my edible lime straw every single time, to getting completely wrong items.And their items are wrapped with no indication of what’s inside so you wont realize your shrimp ended up being chicken until you’re far from the store and halfway through your lunch break.
