Always get my sushi fish here but had the clams with lunch. They were absolutely the best I’ve had since the Caribbean. So tender and taste equal as good when they cooled down. Huge portion I’d only eat half of…there was nothing left. So good!

Outstanding Scottish salmon last night that I bought from you guys yesterday!!!!!Cedar planked them on a big green egg at a steady 350 degrees. About 25 min to get to 145 & done. Prepped with sea salt & pepper grinder, slapped on the planks, and onto the grill. when the salmon got to about 125 I drizzled a slurry of brown sugar, honey and maple syrup. Did this twice before it hit 145 and off.PS. BE SURE AND TAKE THE PLANKS OFF THE FIRE after you remove the salmon BEFORE THEY CATCH FIRE. Presoak planks about 2 hrsBTW….., best LUNCH in town!!!

To be as serious as I can be, if you aren’t eating at this restaurant, you’re wrong. I just had the best oyster poboy that has ever graced my taste buds. The hush puppies are made with love and passion. The staff are very friendly and deserve highest compliments for their work. I will be back and hungry for more.

The best fresh seafood in Knoxville. We ordered shrimp, scallops, calamari, oysters, clams, mussels and lobster tails for our Christmas eve 7 fish celebration and all was fresh and outstanding. Definately the go to place for all seafood. Will not go anywhere else now.Rex, Parker and Ryan are very helpfull and efficientLiked them all..a real fish market..certainly not fancy just good fresh seafood.Have to try it !Jay and Cookie
