TERRIBLE customer service!! Called to place a curbside order and was put on hold and hung up on THREE TIMES!!! Finally spoke to hostess and she was very Rude! Will not call back and complain because it really doesn't matter now! I'm done with LOUIE'S!! My order would have been over $135 feeding 8 people, hummmm...?? Lose $ due to no hostess skills..? That's hilarious! Good luck! RUDE AND MANAGEMENT CAN'T MANAGE!!!
I got chicken Alfredo, it tasted like water, no taste, no seasoning on the chicken, I told cashier she said I agree with it is our least favorite dish. If you all know it’s horrible then fix it. My wife and her friend like their spaghetti but based on my taste and that experience, I will not be back or recommend.
Absolutely wonderful. We were greeted by a wonderful host and we're taken to a table where the owner's son come out and we talked 15 minutes and he told us all about the place. The food was out of this world ,we ordered one plate and split it. The cost was so reasonable. We were from out of town and would highly recommend it to anyone going to Knoxville..
I got the pastrami sandwich with onion rings and both were really good. My daughter got lasagna and a salad and said the lasagna was "meh" but still finished her leftovers the next day. Service was good, restaurant was clean, only issue I had with the place was not being able to see past the parked vehicle close to the road when trying to pull out. Lol. The parking lot kinda has an odd design, but the food and service was good.
Luis used be very good but has gone down hill. Customer Service is severely lacking. I ordered two special cut Ribeyes and my dad went to pick it up for me. The order should have been $40 something dollars. When he questioned them about it being $60, they told him that’s the only ribeye on their menu. Not true. When I called back they claimed that is what I had ordered according to the hostess and that he paid for it without questioning it so they refused to fix the order. The manager listened to her hostess which obviously lied because she didn’t want to admit her mistake. So now they have lost all of my business. I order these frequently. The higher priced ribeye is horrible, full of fat and not very good. Obviously, the hostess was dishonest, yet they believe them over customers. I paid $60.00 for food we couldn’t even eat. Thanks but no thanks, I don’t spend my money places that are dishonest. I was hung up on twice as they claimed to put me on hold for the manager. Very poor management
Update!!! So this is 11 months later, thought I'd give them one more chance. Horrible mistake! Again ordered a large spaghetti with "meatball", yes singular. And paid $1.99 for an extra meatball. Then ordered extra sauce, which I di not recieve. After Tip, it was $21.00. And I'll ask you to look at the picture attached and tell me if you think it's worth the money. The paper beside the container is the receipt, and on the other side, a lemon. Just to show you what $21.00 will get you there now. They have jacked up the prices and cut the portion size by about 35%. This place that I LOVED growing up has gotten greedy and forgotten about their customers. It's sad, they use to be so amazing. Now, they're a joke. I will NEVER go back. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! YOU WILL SPEND A FORTUNE AND GET NOTHING IN RETURN!!$18.00 + for a large spaghetti and meatballs and it comes with ONE freaking meatball??? The salad is shredded lettuce three cherry tomatoes an ONE thin slice of cucumber. This place has become a joke. It used to be amazing but it's obvious the owner/mgmt now only care about ripping their customers off, they're complete losers. The servings used to be bigger and the food was better. Try to talk to them about it and they blow you off like you're crazy. They should be closed for theft.The food is good but they steal money out of your pocket with their pricing! DEFINITELY NOT worth it. Steer clear if you value your money. They rip off their "valued customers ". Buyer beware! I truly hope someone shuts them down. Pathetic!

Always been my go to place for spaghetti tonight two orders were over 30.00 and not enough sauce for one let alone two. I was disappointed.
Service was outstanding, food quality was great and kitchen got it out in a very ontime manner!
I am diabetic, so can't really rate the pasta that it's known for (I was there for family). I ordered a nearly 10$ broiled chicken salad. While it tasted good, I don't feel like I got a 10$ salad worth of chicken, or salad. Service was great, presentation was great, but it was just an ok experience for me.
