I've been coming here since I was a child and I've NEVER had my order incorrect. Partly because I normally order 2 chili dogs an order of fries and and chocolate shake.I guess there's a first for everything, I only ordered my 2 chili dogs and a chocolate shake. The order was repeated to me correct and I realized when I got home I had two plain dogs.
Amazing ice cream and such great customer service! I wish I would have caught her name when my daughter and I got ice cream she truly made my day! Definitely recommend and we will be back for sure!
We love their icecream and spending time together out side while we eat it. To bad there is only one in Knoxville. Great icecream!
I love this place I used to go there ever day when I was a kid and get Ice cream and on the weekends me and my grandparents would there and have there great hamburgers and French fries and then we would have there great ice cream I love the freezo
Great chilli cheese fries and great milkshakes. Just wish they were opened longer.
Tamales aren't very good and my milkshake had a weird aftertaste that tasted like metal. There is a really dope tree in the back next to some tables. I'd probably give them another chance just because it seems like one of those places that would be awesome. Tbc.....
Worst experience ever ! Never going back ! I had nachos and they were soggy and the chicken strips were horrible. I almost got sick off the food ! DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT
Been passing by here since I moved to TN 3 years ago finally decide to try it today (1/25)... My husband got a bacon cheeseburger i got their vanilla milk shake and a tamale with chili... Burger was delicious and flavorful as well as the chili great especially on a cold day.... Milkshake was good as well I'd like mines just a little thicker but still tasted good
So good people run this place make sure my food was cooked to order and actually get a full banana split
Food didn't taste like much. Dumped salt and ketchup just to be able to taste something. I'm sure it was all frozen / canned - but that's no excuse. The type of meal you take a few bites of then toss out. Milkshake was pretty good though. Fast service and nice employees. The star rating was for the milkshake and employees, not the food.
