Incredible little spot. The stand out is definitely their sours; however, their food is perfectly portioned and incredible. They have a wonderful selection and it's wonderful to be able to drink wonderful beer (and incredible cocktails infused with bitters or syrups made from said sours) while eating something other than wings or a slice of greasy pizza
Easily the best restaurant in Knoxville. We have been here multiple times since the opening a few years back. The ambiance and environment is amazing. The food and drinks are so creative and delicious, don’t skip over the sandwiches or curated cocktails. But the service is 11/10. There is a reason we keep coming back to this place almost every weekend. Go visit The Oak Room!
The weekly specials are always great and monthly cocktails are delicious. The expanded drink menu to include bourbons is awesome. We really enjoy the food and drinks whenever we come.
Shoot! This place gets a bonus 6th star!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️You CAN’T not like this place! Food is outstanding! There is a drink for EVERYONE on this menu. Service is friendly and fantastic! Oh and the atmosphere sets up the best vibe!I had the sour flight and apple walnut fontina flatbread and WOW to both! Thankful Knoxville is regular work stop for me because I could become a regular here!
Absolutely some of the BEST folks working there. Very accommodating and friendly. The beer, Toppy Rock (my favorite) was wonderful and their charcuterie platter is TO DIE FOR. This was our 1st visit, but certainly not out last. Well done Abridged!
Incredibly unique tasting experience. I wished the menu had a little more food variety, but I think that probably they wish to limit what they could do to perfection. The cocktails we had were like no other I had ever tasted and a real treat.
All good things to say about this establishment. This was our first time visiting and everything was explained to us about the light and dark beer selections. The charcuterie board was very filling with an awesome meats and cheeses. The music just set the tone for our experience. We love the friendly staff and the layout of the place. If you ever have time to go...I recommend it!!!! We definitely will be going back
Everything here was so delicious. I got the ginger kombucha which I loved and hubby got the cinnamon stout which I also liked even though I never like stouts. This place is a Knoxville gem. I highly recommend. The oak room board was the best I’ve had and the monthly special, bahn mi, was so delicious. The flavors were perfect. I find it hard to find quality, unique, yummy places here after living close to DC, but this place hit the spot for sure.
First visit last night, many more to come. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fantastic food and great adult beverages. If you have not given them a try you should.
