We visited the cf in west town mall (Knoxville, Tn) andwhen I say horrible I mean horrible, I've never beenone to complain about somewhere but the service washorrible and the food was worse! We didn't get refills ittook over 45 minutes to get our food we wanted toorder cheesecake but he took so long to get back tous after flagging him down multiple times we just gotup and left, 100$ bill and we were very disappointed,the waitress next to us that was serving was amazingtowards her customers and they were in and out. Iattached a picture of my burger I ordered and itshowed up only to look dead
We had a bad experience last year at this location and stayed away. However, we received a gift card and went there for dinner against our better judgement. Our server was very slow and not attentive. We ordered the Asian chicken dishes and an order of potstickers. The food was barely warm and tasted old. I am sure the food was pre made frozen dinners. We both had a piece of cheesecake which also tasted stale. Our bill was $84, which is highway robbery for old stale food. We will not come back to this location again. We will give away the next gift card.
Food was great as always. If you have never been you should definitely try it. There menu is huge so don't get overwhelmed. I had the orange chicken and it was delicious. My husband had a pasta dish that was really yummy too. We went for my birthday and they gave me a small sundae. That was really sweet of them. I posted a picture of the sundae.
We waited for a little over a hour and half to be seat. Which is fine I understand staff shortages and everything like that. It wasn't until I got my food that I was upset, disappointed and disgusted. I ordered the Mac and cheese burger. Sound like it would be great. I order burgers because there are hard to mess up right. Well I was wrong. The size of the burger could have fit on a Hawaiian roll. No joking. Then gave me a regular size bun. There was about an inch of bun all around the burger. The onions literally fit around the burger, it took two pickles to cover it. The Manger is the one that bought it out to me. I already wait now over two hours to eat I wasn't going to send it back. But paying 16.50 for this is a joke.
Food was great and so was the service. Lots of great things to pick from on their huge menu. They had everything it seemed. They even serve breakfast and brunch. Very large portions!
We were shopping in the Mall and decided to have late lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. While the service was outstanding, the chicken in the Cobb Salad was dry and tough. I'm surprised that this restaurant, which prides itself on quality, would serve chicken like that.
We made reservations and arrived just in time to walk by about 20 people waiting, and be taken straight to a table. I highly recommend reservations for busy meal times. Our waiter was very courteous and efficient. The mushroom & swiss burger was excellent. Mushrooms were fresh, large, and grilled perfectly. The burger patty was thick and cooked to a perfect medium-well. Salad and fries were very good. The Ranch dressing is a little garlicy, which I love. Then the cheesecake. My wife and I shared one slice of the celebration cheesecake and it was great. We were so stuffed that we actually had to leave some because we couldn't take another bite. I highly recommend this restaurant and the cheesecake!
We had a multi family birthday luncheon here; Many great selections for meals and brunch…. We had drinks and appetizers; Pretzel Bites, Corn Tamale Cakes and Fried Zucchini…. great starters and worth it! My Wife had the Brûlée French Toast With Bacon, My Daughter had the Fired Chicken With Waffles, My Future Son In Law had the Cinnamon Roll Pancake, My Brother had Fried Chicken and Waffle Benedict and I had the Breakfast Burrito… Many had the Chicken and Waffles Variations! Great Potatoes, Black Beans and other sides offered…. We all got cheesecake to go; I had the Carmel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake, My Wife had the Key Lime Cheesecake, My Brother had the Tiramisu Cheesecake, My Mother and Daughter had the Very Cherry Ghirardelli Chocolate Cheesecake . I highly recommend and love this place and The Weekend Brunches are great!!!!
John our server was wonderful! Very informative and said he had been with the company for some years and it showed. Food was so fresh and delicious!! I enjoyed the lunch portion of the meatloaf and still took leftovers home due to it being so plentiful. I can’t imagine what the dinner portion is like. Bought the Adam’s peanut butter cup fudge ripple cheesecake for my husband and it was so scrumptious!!! Thank you for a wonderful lunch with my friend today! Will definitely be back!
Atmosphere was wonderful, food was wonderful, service was ok, our first server came to our table brought drinks and took our order. She said she was fixing to leave and our other server would be over. 20 minutes later we grab someone and ask about our food and he said yes I'm your server it's coming out now. So what aggravated us was he walk pass us several times without saying hey I'm your server do need anything or any acknowledgment. I understand the wait on food, but didn't know if we were forgotten about or if server knew if we were there's.
