The customer service was Outstanding!!Brittany our waitress was Awesome. Unfortunately the burgers and onion rings were completely tasteless. I was also extremely disappointed that I ordered my burger medium rare and it arrived very well done. The green beans despite being cooked perfectly were extremely over peppered.
This has to be the best place to eat. Burgers are not the only menu item there. Fish sandwich is wonderful, and fries or onion rings are hot and flavorful. Dining area is clean and wait staff knows menu and will assist in ordering drinks and food. Going there is a great visit.
As a pregnant woman who constantly craves burgers and has eaten ever single burger in my town this is by far the best one I’ve had it’s so massive and juicy and to be honest I HATE mushrooms but the mushrooms on this burger were just so good they melded with the cheese and onions perfectly and the bun was just so soft but in like a good way I wish I had ordered the double patty and maybe got another burger to go I’m sorry I really just cannot get over this burger I’ve been thinking about it since I ordered it and I need another one so bad also fyi the burger is called the Knox burger I believe anyways yeah best burger good service nice people clean bathrooms overall great restaurant 10/10 bringing all of my family here at some point
Y'all...if you haven't been yet, you are missing out! My black and blue burger was mouth watering delicious...holy smokes! The onion rings are thick and crispy, with a little crunch in the batter. I highly recommend their fried mushrooms ? And the portion sizes are huge!
We’ve never gotten anything bad here. The food is always really good. The staff is always excellent. You can’t go wrong with anything in the menu. Family friendly, clean.
First time visiting. And it will not be my last! The fish was fried to perfection and the fries and onion rings were absolutely delicious. Toddler our server was the best ever. The entire staff was so kind and so courteous and made me and everyone in my party feel at home and welcomed. This is a place that everyone must go to to experience the burger experience. Family loved their food, service was fantastic. Pickles tasted sweet or bread and butter which I wouldn't have added if I had known. Overall recommend.
Amazing burgers hand pattied. Big portions and specials everyday with craft beer. Cool vibes neat spot you won't be disappointed.
We already love the burgers and the heaping of fries, but our waiter tonight was hands down the best I've had in a long time. Tyler was so friendly, interactive, engaging, and such an asset!! Can't wait to come back again!!The food, if you haven't been, go hungry! The fries cover the entire plate and the burgers are huge, I typically eat half and save the other for lunch. My husband loves the sunny side burger, he says it always hits the spot and honestly we only get burgers from here. I love the grilled chicken, I just sub the mayo for ranch *chef's kiss* and it's perfection! Please if you've never been there before go try it, you won't be disappointed!!
This place has the best atmosphere! The food is delicious, and you have plenty of options in burgers and sides. My sister is gluten free and had no trouble finding something delicious and fulfilling like the rest of us. The only problem is the location on a busy intersection of Emory makes it a little complicated to get to, and parking is a little tight, but it’s a minor inconvenience for such a chill burger place.
