Lots of lovely craft cider!But the menu is tough for me personally. I drink cider because I am gluten intolerant. That includes the glutens in rice and corn. So the only thing I can eat here is the cider cheese -- which is delicious -- as long as I bring my own chips.

Came for brunch. Ordered at 11:40 and food finally hit the table at 12:40. No one told us the hash was going to take so long until we asked where our food was (because three other bigger tables came in, ordered, and received their food after we had already ordered). The finally told us that the hash was going to take 20 mins from that time. No offers for switching to other menu options were made. They eventually offered chips and cheese to keep us hungry at 12:38, TWO minutes before our food dropped. The hash, which held back the order came out lukewarm. There seems to be serious management issues and lack of adequate staffing and training. I’ll return for the cider at Gypsy Circus but The Bohemian leaves much to be desired. I won’t recommend to others. There are many other venues that offer hard cider and food with better service and quality.
