We arrived and were seated pretty quickly, but that’s about the only positive I can report from this experience. Our server was inattentive throughout the meal. Even combative when a member of our party asked for a glass instead of the plastic cup he was handed for his drink. That alone is not a big deal- company policy. We get it. Then it took roughly half an hour to get our meal and one of the entrees came out wrong. Also not a big deal, but, at this point, the frustration was building. Then it took another full 20 minutes for the correct entree to come out. Meanwhile, our server had decided to sit down at an unused table to eat something while we were still waiting on the mistake to be corrected. At this point, our 1 year old daughter has been there too long so we had to have the meal boxed up to leave. The manager did comp our meal after we spoke to her, but our server made no effort to rectify any of these situations. We would have loved to tip her well as we are former servers and restaurant managers. We know how it goes and this was mostly just laziness and a lack of attention. Hopefully they can pull it together and this was just a bad day.
Angela the new waitress was amazing. The food and service was amazing as usual. Best steak always mouth watering.
Besides the red flags upon entry with the day just starting ( this was at 2pm) so should bot be this disgusting. I don't see normal cleaning protocols let alone more detailed ones to help stop the spread of covid. The service was awful. Slow to get our food especially in the middle of the day and the server was absolutely terrible. Loud mouth, over opinionated, touchy nothing you would want in your dining experience out. Had to get more Brea ourselves, messed up our drinks, didn't bring our salads before our meal just awful. Then on top of that was ride to us. It was laughable it was so bad. Do better Texas Roadhouse do better.
I love their steaks and salad and of course their yeast rolls. Staff was very friendly I really enjoy eating there.
Went to new TR on Conner Road in Powell TN. Music and crowd noise was way too loud. Wish I had a decibel meter to measure just how loud it was. Both of us ordered ribeyes. Cooked just right but the steaks were cold and the veggie mix was also cold. NOT lukewarm but cold. Server was too busy smoking out back to get orders to the table. Asked 3 times for water with our meal and 3 times for regular (not cinnamon butter) for our bread. Will probably try again but if the food is cold then we will never go back. Will not have the same server next time. Russell S Powell TN
Our experience was Awesome from the time we walked in the door until we left. Our Waitress Chloe was on point. Very informative of the menu, pleasant personality, and made sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel as if we were the only customers in the restaurant. And I can't leave out the Mgmt Team who came to our table and checked on us also. Chloe herself will make you want to come back again. Thanks Again Chloe n Staff for making our experience 10 Stars!
After many tries of trying to find a good, “go to” restaurant after moving to Knoxville, my husband and I finally found our place!! We consistently get GREAT service, and the food is always amazing. Miranda was our server and she did a great job. She saw that I wasn’t exactly happy with how my steak was cooked (but I didn’t want to say much bc I don’t like to be that person) so she insisted she took it back and get me a fresh one and it was PERFECT! Hands down the best service we’ve gotten. We will definitely be back! :)
Great food. Good location. We will definitely be back here
Great service and great food!
The waitress was wonderful and food was good. They wouldn’t accommodate our group of 11 even though there were booths empty over by us. So we had to eat at separate tables away from other family members. Our waitress did what she could do to try and make it accommodating for us but, was told no by management. Only complaint I have.
