It was an amazing evening! The service was great and so was the food.
Best service we’ve ever had at a Texas Roadhouse!
Had a delicious lunch but even better than that had amazing customer service and that is rare these days! Our waitress today was Rachel and she was friendly, helpful, and we could tell she loves her job. She made us feel like she enjoyed serving us and it made our lunch there a pleasant experience! That should be the standard for all servers. Thank you Rachel!

Went on Mothers Day. It was packed but my daughter and I got in pretty quick! Service was awesome. Food took a while to come but the place was packed so I understood. Chloe was a great waitress. (I remember the name because I have a daughter that has the same name) We ordered the 12oz ribeye and Fries. Awesome food. The bread and butter there is amazing!!
Was told our wait for a table would be 1.5 hours and it ended up being 2 hours and 15 mins. Once we were seated and ordered we waited 1 hour and 15 mins and still had not received our food. We had to hunt down a manager and she checked and said it would still be several minutes before our food would be ready. No explanation and not much of an apology for this either.
Tre was a amazing server. I could believe how fast, polite and friendly he was. He had my husband, my family and I feeling like we were eating supper at home. That boy never came back to the table without a smile. Very warm and welcoming, if I might say. Thank you again for making us feel at home, even though we were at Texas Road House. This really was the worst Texas Roadhouse food I have ever ordered. My potato was still dirty and I refused to eat it (I had dirt in my teeth, on my teeth, and grinding with every chew), one of my kids burgers were burnt, 2 of our steaks were way under cooked, and our appetizer was cold. Our waitress is the only reason this gets 2 stars. She was really helpful and polite.
