We arrived at lunch. The salsa was delicious. I ordered Sweet tea. It was good. I also ordered the Quesadilla Rellena.The Mexican rice had a slight taste but still bland (are all Mexican rice tasteless?). I've had better quacamole. It was a bit bitter like it had too much lime. The lettuce didn't taste good though.They put the refried beans in the quesadilla. It was new to me since refried beans have always been served on the exterior. The quesadilla or shredded chicken itself tasted watered down so I had to put salsa in it for it to taste good. And I did not see cheese. It must have been cooked into the shredded chicken.The sour cream had a slightly gritty texture to it.The service was slow. I had finished my sweet tea and been eating for the past 15 minutes and still did not get a refill.Will we be coming back? I don't think so! The salsa was the highlight of the meal. It was a pleasant experience though but this is not my place of choice for Mexican food.
Service was good although it wasn't that busy. They had my favorite Mexican beer on tap, it's hard to find in this town even in the bottle. The chips were salted perfectly, the salsa was quite good, and I ordered Huevos con chorizo. The food looked good, perhaps not as much as I had the other day on Alcoa Highway but it looked more appetizing. When I started eating the Huevos con chorizo, I noticed that I didn't taste it very much. I could taste the eggs, they seemed unsalted, but I could barely taste the chorizo and there wasn't a whole lot of it. The beans and rice were excellent.
Joy is the sweetest and every attentive . makes you feel like part of the family we miss her but you guys accommodate us just fine. We eat here once a month and never miss a great time. Great place to get together with friends and family. All the staff treat us great and remember us when we come back and go out if the way to make us comfortable. We have anywhere from 6 to 20 people that show up all at random points of the day and we all seem to eat at the same time however they do it keep up the good work ! We appreciate the staff!1 Thanks! Ok I wish I could use 10 stars! You guys absolutely for 100% did an amazing job last night when our drop in party of 10 became a party of 21!Not 1 glass was dry, ALL orders correct and his smile when doing all of this was so refreshing, We Thank you ! We love this location and are thankful for ALL the great staff not just last night but at every visit. THANK YOU!!!
Great place to eat if you don't mind busy busy. The cheese dip was too thin but the food was good and served fast. I'd go back for the dollar tacos on Tuesday night.
Mary our server was amazing but the food was lacking. The quesadilla was supposed to be chicken and steak but come out almost empty. Normally the chicken fajitas takes more than 3 soft shells but there was barely enough. This is the 1st time we were disappointed in the food.
1st I did called the wrong mexican place for my pickup order.. ; the manager at Tequila Amigos rolled his eyes and was totally unprofessional.. I should have walked out; but I placed my order to go and waited the 20 mins, when I got back to work 5 mins away, we found hair on top of the rice( Black hair) and the ground beef was veryyyyyy dry , no seasonings at all! This was my second time with messed up food and no good customer service!! It was an hour and 45 mins after they opened; the food should have been fresh and no hair should have been on top of the rice when we opened the box. Just nasty and a waste of money as a customer who pays!!! I will not visit the place ever again and wanted to share the experience after the 2nd time! NO customer service and the kitchen staff needs to cover up!!!

Best Mexican restaurant in town. Great food, Chino was a great server, and he made some awesome drinks. Definitely going to be coming here regularly!
