Excellent!!! I hesitated to eat here with a 4.3 star rating however found out myself this should 4.6+. I had my go to order at every new Thai restaurant I try. Shrimp basil rolls, Coconut soup and Masaman chicken. It was all fresh and delish. You pick the heat you want for your dish between 1-5. I went with 3 and it had the perfect little kick. They let everyone that walked in know they were short staffed with only 2 servers (restaurant was packed). I had plenty of time to spare but was greeted by a server within 2 minutes and had food on the table within 15. Pretty incredible for short staffed! I will absolutely add this to my go to restaurants when in Knoxville for business. Give them a try!
Excellent luncheon. We enjoyed masaman curry pork and green curry chicken. Service was very good inspite of busy restaurant. Will definitely return.
Very simple food for the price.I came here thrice and food is just too regular with no veggies or any restaurant touch. We can buy the stuff and do this at home for much less price. Say, for a red curry or green curry you get just rice and some flavored soup on it. For this price usual Thai restaurants do add good spices and appropriate vegetables like carrot, baby corn etc. Too plan to finish and it is just hipe.
Third time there and WAS always satisfied until tonight!! Waited 1 1/2 hours to get our meals. HAD A RESERVATION for only 4 people. 2 waitresses where doing their best ,but the place was packed! When I asked what the problem was,I learned that they kept taking take-out orders instead of cooking for the people WHO WERE THERE!!! SHEER GREED!!! WON’T GO BACK!!!!!
I tried this restaurant after reading all the hype from the news outlets. I am the original Mikey and I did not finish my overpriced, tasteless meal. I will never visit again.
Highly disappointed in this place. I lived in Thailand for three years, and let me tell you this is NOT Thai food. No one working there was Thai, and judging by the description of some of the food items on the menu, I doubt the owners have ever even been to Thailand before.Massaman curry does not have avocados or broccoli in it!The food we ordered was absolutely flavorless and way too over cooked to even eat more than a couple bites. When the manager saw we barely touched our food (and she even admitted they had made a mistake with my order),she was very friendly and apologized. However, she didn’t offer to take anything off the bill which was a bit shocking. We had to wait a long time for the food, which we didn’t mind since they were busy with lots of To Go orders. But having to wait that long AND the food was terrible AND we still had to pay full price was quite irritating.Definitely won’t be coming back here.I have a feeling all the people that gave this place a five star review also think that Taco Bell is really good Mexican food.
My sister and I ran in for a quick bite only to be totally "wowed" with the great friendly service and the most delicious food! Will definitely be back next visit to Knoxville.
My first time trying Thai food and we couldn't have picked a better place to experience it at, or had a better waitress!!! Margo was AMAZING and made the whole experience even better!!! Highly recommend!!!!
Waiting for our food (the entrees) for like 55 minutes, and service (our server) was not really nice either.And while we’re waiting (we only got the appetizer) the server didnt even come and try to explain why the food taking so long. So we ended up taking our food for to go. and still no apologies ? i gave the 2 stars coz of the food only.
