Favorite Chinese Restaurant! We always have the right order and every detail is not forgotten. The best part is their Friendly staff always greeting you with a smile. They quickly remember your name and address you properly. My family has been a patron dining inside this great establishment since it was opened and the cleanliness and fresh food is also what impresses me!! For a small business I appreciate their hard work efforts . My husband always enjoys the leftovers because their portions are nice.
Spent $75 on food this evening. Didn’t receive my two soups and white/steamed rice. Called in asking for missing food. Customer service was absolutely ridiculous. They argued over soup and rice. $8 worth of food from a $75 bill. I get there to pick up the missing food and they still didn’t give me the rice. They were completely rude and disrespectful at the window. The lady practically threw the rice at me. You’d think n a $75 bill the little mistakes wouldn’t be such a hassle.
Very good good. The yin yang flavor combinations were just perfect. I opted for the hot tea for a beverage my wife generally does water. The tea was very good as well the only complaint I would have it all would be the egg roll for me not enough pork in it and tended to be a little bit on the greasy side but everything else was just spot on I had the curry chicken and the chicken noodle soup was absolutely to die for! it reminded me of being in Chinatown in ho chi Minh City Vietnam. The wife had curry shrimp and she said it was very good as well the portions were of course oversized and I took some home because my son does not care he will take anybody's leftovers haha but give the place to try I highly recommend it the prices reasonable the food is great and you can tell it's a quality place by the number of people who were eating in there.
Absolutely THE best Chinese food in Knoxville! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Service is quick. We've been going for seven years and have NEVER been disappointed. The Crab Rangoon is top notch! I love the Won Ton soup. Spring Roll and Egg Roll are delicious. I usually order one of the Szechuan or Lo Mein entrees. Hubby likes the 3 Meat Special. Again, I have to say that the food is truly the very best, always fresh. Prices are very reasonable. A VERY clean facility. Highly recommend!!!???
We eat in and also use the call in/drive throu services here. Food is always really freah and hot. I love the crab rangoons. Both myselfnand my finace change up our order here and we have never been unhappy with what we got. The staff is also friendly and efficient. It is our neighborhood stop but it is also my favorite in town. So we are lucky it is close by.
This is the first place in Knoxville that we ate at, and it’s a little better than the typical Chinese restaurants. We’ve gotten take out every time, and our order was done fairly quickly. We’ve tried the sesame and orange chickens, egg drop soup, egg rolls, and cream cheese wantons. The rice isn’t great, but most places aren’t.
I visited at lunch today and the food was excellent. I ordered the sesame chicken which came with choice of soup, an egg roll, and fried rice. Everything on the lunch menu is $8.99, which is a really great deal for the portion of food you receive. The kitchen was a little slow, but the food was fresh and the gentleman waiting on tables was very friendly.
Very delicious food served up quick, with friendly service and fair, affordable prices. All of our food, the soup, the crab rangoon, and the sweet and sour chicken, was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very cozy and chill, without many people there. Very much recommended and I am looking forward to coming back soon.
I would not recommend this restaurant. We’ve have been coming here for years and they disappoint us every time, Last night was the last straw. I received raw chicken and they tried to tell me that it couldn’t be possible and that there’s no way it was raw. When trying to receive a refund for my order the manager was super unprofessionally and they even deleted my review.
This is the literal best Chinese food restaurant in Knoxville, hands down. I come here at least twice and month and they never disappoint plus their prices are reasonable for a good amount of food! if you’re looking for Chinese here it is!
