Delicious <3 They have a good selection of flavors, with the option to swirl tasty pairs like strawberry and cheesecake or orange and vanilla. The topping selection is also plentiful. Downside… little pricey ($8ish a cup), to-go cups with lids aren’t consistently available, seating is limited on busy weekend nights, and the music isn’t always kid-friendly (i.e. “Sex and Candy” was playing on our last visit).
This place is completely filthy. And for a christian-based company, or so I thought? They're not even playing Christian music in there. The employee that was working at the time. The girl acted like she'd rather be anywhere but there. They didn't have hardly any flavors. And ants crawling all over the benches and the window. Place is absolutely disgusting. Would like to get ahold of someone for this company that actually cares and maybe would want to try to correct the issues. Because I'm certainly not taking my family back there again.
Great tasting froyo, but that was about it. Employees are on their phones and generally not interested in the regular service (cleaning, replacing lights, wiping down tables, etc) that is needed to keep a place in good condition. I hope this place gets its act together, if we go back and its still in this shape we will walk back out and go somewhere, anywhere, else.With almost no other competition left in the area they have a chance to come out as the last froyo standing, if they can get their act together.
kinda sucked the topping bar was disgusting and it was really messy. the workers were rude too.
Dirty! One word to describe it. First off the employee was wearing dirty clothes as if he just came off of a construction site. Then the place itself is nasty. The main entrance doors have tons, i mean tons of fingerprints, spilled yogurt whatever else that has been there for weeks most likely. Then the benches and tables have black fingerprints all over them, the station where you pick up your cups, dirty with fingerprints, the toppings are not refilled and that leads me to believe that they probably don't rotate their not so fast moving toppings which means expired old stuff. The floor was probably not mopped in weeks. Some light fixtures work, others don't. Won't be back.

Absolutely Disgusting!! The floor was completely covered in toppings front to back. The machines themselves looked filthy on the outside and they had hand written notes to " lift handles up when done". You could tell the notes have been there quite a while, which means the machines have not been cleaned. I have worked in a frozen custard shop for 4 years in my late teens/ early twenties and we cleaned,scrubbed and disinfected machines inside and out nightly. If the machines were that filthy on the outside I can GUARANTEE they haven't been cleaned inside either. The toppings bar was another story. Nothing had been wiped down or even remotely cleaned or refreshed. Then once you pay/ check out the spoons were scattered all over the counter and you were expected to use one of those. The couple in front of us asked if there were any spoons and the kid at the counter said " yeah, those." That was the end of the line for us. We paid and left with no spoons and after talking about what happened, decided to throw our stuff out and go somewhere else. We weren't going to take a chance of getting sick. I get that it was busy and there was only 1 person working ( that we saw), but that's no excuse for the amount of filth. People won't mind waiting a minute or two for you to wipe down a counter and restock silverware, toppings, etc. .
Place was nasty. Worker yelled at another family’s kid and made him cry.. using foul language and throwing a temper tantrum. I understand having bad days, but if you’re going to have open topping bar you should expect kids to touch things they shouldn’t. Poorly handled situation by staff. Especially the foul language in a “Christian” store.
What happened? This place used to be pristine and now it’s nasty. everything was filthy-walls, tables, benches, door, floor, and especially the toppings and machines. Out of chocolate froyo. Out of whip cream. Strawberries all had stems. Employee couldn’t answer basic question. Marshmallow topping tasted very weird. They used to have activities for kids and tv programs on now the tv is just covered in dust. ??? Used to be a fav.
It wasn't the worst, could be better. Some of the fruit looked a little bad but overall, it was pretty good ice cream.
