Sullivan's Restaurant is tucked away in a small shopping center in the Rocky Hill area of Knoxville. My brother and I were seated immediately after entering. This was our second visit. The menu has many selections and it took me awhile to make my decision. Our server was pleasant and friendly. She took our drink orders and brought two corn muffins with some butter. It didn't take long for our food to arrive. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will be back .
It could have been good but wasn’t. Had a salmon caesar. The salmon was tasty but too salty. The salad was more dressing than kale. That’s saying something since I am Keto and fat is good. No one asked and were unavailable how things were until the end. Disappointed and won’t come back.
So much food we could of shared 1 plate. Fried green tomato was awesome
A friend recommended we go here because she and her husband love it so much. I’m so glad we did! Service was excellent, food was delicious. I had the almond chicken soup and chicken Marsala. The soup was wonderful. It was only warm though, not hot, but I didn’t even let our server know. It was so good I couldn’t bear the thought of having it taken away for heating! My chicken Marsala was hot, plentiful and scrumptious. I had plenty left to take home for another meal the next day.I can’t wait to go back and beg for that soup recipe!
Love the outdoor seating under the big tree! Had a fantastic burger ? today! If you go, ask for Olivia she did a great job taking care of us!This location has been a constant since 1994! It's worth the drive to Rocky Hill!
I needed a quick lunch in the area. The waitress was able to serve me soup and salad in fifteen minutes. She helped explain a few questions I had about the neighborhood. I would love to come again for dinner.
We used to go to a Sullivan's in Tucson and thought this might be the same chain but it does not appear to be. The food was excellent. I had the meat loaf and my wife had fish. Plenty of food and the prices are reasonable. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm sure we'll return and hopefully we'll have better service next visit.
Wonderful choice to take friends and family when they visit out of town and want delicious southern comfort food. Excellent salmon, popular chicken tenders, meatloaf, and Northshore salad. Made from scratch recipes. Family owned and operated by terrific veteran owners. A mainstay of Knoxville restaurants, and recently remodeled Rocky Hill location.
Pot roast sandwich is amazing. Not on menu but can be ordered. Definitely recommend. The Absolute Stress drink was very tasty as well.
