I very seldom get a burger cooked the way I ordered it. This one was perfect in every way. In addition to the great fries/ onion rings, the fried green tomatoes were also at the top.

Great burger stop in downtown Knoxville on the square. Fabulous customer service. Great root beer. We had the Steakhouse & Black & Bleu burgers. Both tasty. The medium was a little over cooked & could have used more of the fondue sauce, but the bacon & blackened seasoning provided plenty of flavor. Great onion rings & fries. The pimento dip was very good, although we'd have preferred it without the sweet tomato part. Would definitely go back to try some other burgers. So many great choices!

This is a walk-in venue, so we decided to go early (for us) as it was a Friday. We arrived around 17:30pm and were given one of the last few tables not already occupied. The other tables filled up soon afterwards and there was a queue even before we received our food. They were busy. The burgers (I had the Bison Burger) were all good, but there was far too much served with them. The chips had sounded good – ‘duck fat fries’- but to be fair, they were disappointing. There were far too many of them on the plate, they were soggy and they didn’t taste that much different to my wife’s ‘normal’ fries. As I say though, the burgers themselves (never mind all the toppings, which were a bit lost amongst everything else) WERE DELICIOUS. We started by sharing Fried Green Tomatoes which were ok, but were spoiled by the sweet and sticky Balsamic Dressing which (in my opinion) is not needed.

Location was close to our hotel so we decided to try. Did not wait long for a table even though it was Friday night. Started with fried pickles and cocktails. We followed that up with burger. The shroomin’ for me and classic bacon burger for hubby. His was slightly undercooked but mine was spot on. Fries pickles were great and plentiful. Server was attentive. Place had cool vibe. Would go again

Wonderful burgers and great service! They have regular burgers along w creative ones. Salads and appys too. Nice atmosphere!

It is a small restaurant.   It was busy.  The decor was simple but amazing.   The food was amazing.  Both of our drinks were amazing. The biggest issue was the service at the end.  It took a little time for us to get more drinks.   At the end, we were waiting over 10 minutes just to get the bill. Our drinks and food were out.   We ended uop calling it a night.

Located in Market Square in downtown Knoxville, TN. We hard a large group and not only did the staff accommodate but they also provided excellent customer service. The farmhouse burger was amazing but we had a couple people in our group order their burger medium and it was not cooked to their preference; however, when they make a mistake they made it right, which is what keeps customers coming back. Several people stated that this was the best burger they've eaten. The artwork on the walls were from a local artist/former employee. The Darryl Strawberry pictured was amazing! Will definitely be back!

We arrived tonight before a show we were going to at the Tennessee Theatre and they said the wait was 15-30 minutes unless we wanted to sit at the bar. Fortunately there were 2 seats at the bar so we were able to be seated quickly. We ordered shortly afterward and got our food within a reasonable time frame.I ordered the Shroom Burger and my husband got the Steakhouse burger. I got the onion rings and he got fries. You get like 5 onion rings and a ginormous pile of fries when you order them as the side.We ate our burgers and the onion rings and less than half of the fries. We both ordered our burgers medium but realized we should have ordered them medium well since they actually were medium. Ha. Usually we order the lesser option because most places over cook their meat.It was good and the bartenders were nice and service was pretty quick.

Food was great, we had the fried pickles and a couple burgers. The place was decently busy and fairly priced. The service in the beginning was less than we hoped for. We were seated after about a 20 min wait. We were not given silverware or napkins but the pickles arrived. Our drinks were dry for probably 5-10 min with no sign of our waitress. She reappeared with our food and then she was great the rest old the time. Would definitely return.

So NIT accommodating. I was told 1 hour wait, 2 hours later and we are still not seated. We are 4; watched 2 tables for 2, next to each other, go unseated for 45 minutes, but would not push them together for us. Never ever again. Hostess won't make eye contact. Now a table is open and no one is bussing. So hangry right now. Won't come back.
