I really enjoy the people that take my order in the drive-through they’re always so friendly and they take the time to ask me about my day while I wait for my drink I’ve never had a bad experience at the Starbucks even when the line is long I don’t mind because the customer service is always great and everyone that works here is super nice I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had a single bad experience

Taylor Stec, the manager, and her team do an amazing job. Definitely one of the best Starbucks in town.

Thursday I drove out to get breakfast & coffee, and I counted my lucky Starbucks stars that the line wasn’t long. The store sign was lit, indicating they were open, but when I got to the speaker there was a paper sign and a worker announced that they weren’t opening till 8am. I finished driving through to exit and honked at the worker inside. I wanted to suggest that they turn off the lighted sign, but she just shook her head at me and wouldn’t come to the window! When I got home I called and said I wanted to make a suggestion that they turn off the light when they’re not open during usual hours and maybe put a “closed” sign out near the street entrance so customers don’t pull in. The worker listened then asked me, “Do you feel better now?” ? I tried to explain that I was offering a suggestion, but he hung up on me.This location has lost my business.

Generally a good store. They do not get paid enough for all the daily karens they get. However, you guys need some good tea options. You bought a tea company for 2/3 of a billion dollars...what happened with that?

Coffee was awesome. If you go don't go in the morning time because it's a pain in the butt to get through the drive-thru.

I had a Venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with dark caramel sauce and an almond croissant. Everything was delicious and the workers were super friendly.

Lane is the sweetest and made the best recommendation for me! I also love the unique look of this particular Starbucks. The log cabin Starbucks.

My coffee was made how I wanted. There was a lengthy line but that’s not their problem. Wait or don’t it’s usually understaffing or privileged pompous people holding up the line because they don’t know how to order what they want.

OK today 11/23/2021 @ 8:55 am I pull in and to my surprise I was #2 car in line . I ordered one large pike place And a cappuccino . And then I proceeded to the pickup window where the I paid for my purchase. There I had to wait a little than normal maybe 4 minutes the lady apologized for my wait that the cappuccino machine wasn't working guite right how ever in less than a minute she handed it to me. I drove two blocks and took a drink of the coffee it was luku warm and way to much cream in it and it felt light. I took the lid off and it's was only 3/4 full. Now I was running late for an appointment and didn't have time to return. So when I got where I was going which was about 3 minutes away and gave the cappuccino to my wife she Immediately said what is this it was just warm water and whipped topping. So then I tried calling Starbucks to talk to them and no one would answer the phone. I tried 5 or 6 times. Then I called corporate customer service and what a joke that was we got someone that couldn't spell or hear what you were saying. Needless to say they didn't have a help Wanted sign and it looked like they had plenty of employees in the store and what they charge for their products you would think that they would be much better. Not good customer service at the store and at corporate level. Sorry starbucks but I had enough

So about a year ago my grandfather died, he had been going to this starbucks for years. When they learned he had past they sent flowers to his funeral. If that doesnt show what a kind and giving establishment this is then i dont know what will. I still remember that kind gesture and will always appreciate it!!!!!
