Staff was really nice and store was clean.. thought it was smart to have alphabetical sections for mobile order pick up
I go here almost every morning and the people who work there are the reason. They always have a smile on their face and they make my day better. I just want to say thank you.
Much needed cup of coffee after being on the road traveling -- barista was very friendly & made us a delicious cup (pour over ?☕)
Slowest service ever!!! Mobile order placed at 4:26 and walked out with 3 drinks at 5:01. The barista was offended and rude, made excuses when we asked how much longer!
I get coffee from this location every day and they make it to perfection! I’m very specific on my order (single shot, extra hot @180°, no foam) and I’m never disappointed!! Believe it or not, not everyone gets this right. Seriously appreciate their positive attitude at 7am and the great coffee!
I love Starbucks. Today I got the Caffe Mocha. Needless to say it wasn't my cup of coffee. I don't like coffee but a few drinks here taste nothing like coffee. I was hoping this was one of them but it wasn't.
Everyone on mornings is amazing! The US Navy couldn't run that place as proficiently as they do, and that's not sarcasm. They remembered my name on only my third visit there, and honestly, I'm lucky if I can even remember my own name at 6:30 in the morning before I get my coffee. Y'all rock.
This place would have received five stars based on most of the associates and the deliciousness of the coffee. Dylan however dropped the score. He wasn’t very polite in general and he seemed annoyed to have to be there. He was fairly rude to me and the guy behind me as well as one of his coworkers. I did also let another associate know I didn’t like the way he was talking to not only me but also that worker
Starbucks was excellent! They were extremely busy but most efficient! This store is the best managed store in Knoxville, TN!
