I've ordered from here twice. The second time, today, I gave them a second try, because the first was bad. Got in line, this privileged Karen stepped in front of me (I was social distancing from the woman in front of). Anyway, the barista was by herself taking orders as well as making the beverages. I stepped to the restroom while she made my order. Came back, picked it up and walked back to my vehicle. That's when I discovered it was, once again warm coffee tasting water instead of an americano.
Very clean, organized, friendly place to go for a drink. Wonderful Customer Service, friendly people, different flavors & sizes for your drinks also good food as well. They have a nice spot outside to sit with tables & chairs If your one of those that like to enjoy a good breeze & time to yourself to unwind & relax a little bit. Overall I love some Starbucks, a very good place.
When I asked a barista why my friend's Frappuccino seemed to be taking so long ( because I already had MY bagel and coffee) the poor girl in the pilgrim skirt looked at me glaringly all spooky and asked in slow motion "Does it ?" In the car I told my friend my version of it and she told me that I came across as ""a little rude." I hadn't considered that I was the cause of the barista's "attitude". So I have to say, my experience here was profound and appreciated. A little Karen mirror in your face will wake you up better than hot coffee.
I hope this location unionizes too. The customers giving one star reviews fail to realize how abused Starbucks Partners are. VOTE!!!
I was waited on by the most lovely individual. It truly made my morning a little brighter. Good for you Starbucks for embarrassing us all with such warmth and care.
I placed a mobile order for a venti cold brew without ice & extra nonfat milk. I'm lucky to have a grande amount of coffee in the venti cup and it barely has enough milk to change the color. I prefer the coffee without ice because I drink it over time and ice only makes it watered down. I will not return to this location.
I am ONLY giving a 3/5⭐ because this location doesn't open before 5am.One must ask.... why does the early riser have to only get their coffee from gas stations and convenient stores⁉️
Read the reviews the staff here seem awfully rude. Me myself has had the same treatment from this store in the past, so maybe its bad management. Also I feel like the bean supply chain has changed but still use same bags because the beans aren't the same anymore has a different flavor.
Great coffee, I get it about 2 or 3 times a day.
I ordered a chai latte and was served a plain latte. I asked the girl and she remade it again as a plain latte, again I told her I had wanted a chai latte so for a third time she remade it again as a plain latte...no chai. It is just espresso and steamed milk, no chai. I gave up and left. She also served my daughter something other than what she ordered, but we couldn't pinpoint the flavor...she had also ordered a cold chai with sweet cream. This barista had no idea what chai is. I will not be returning to the Bearden location in Knoxville.
