The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful, they always and I mean ALWAYS have a welcoming personality. If my coffee doesn’t taste right they fix it with a smile and not just the “customer service” smile where they are forced to do it. They have a genuine smile! They make my days so much better!!! I really hope they see this and know that they are the absolute BEST!!! Thank you ladies and gents for being all you do!

Recommend, fast and friendly and accurate. Stopped by before my road trip and was very delighted to have started my day off right. The service was one of the friendliest and sure followed good with a fresh brew and pastry. Recommend a visit to this local Starbucks as they do a fine job.
The staff that were working the day I went were very pleasant and I had the pistachio latte and it was expensive but delicious

This is the best Starbucks in Knoxville! Consistently friendly employees and consistently delicious drinks. Not to mention, the line moves very quickly
