Drive through only. The person on the drive through could not be understood at the speaker. After 15 min, ordered at the window. And the order was still screwed up and didn't get a receipt. I'm done with this location. If you don't have the staff, don't open! My wife called to express her frustration with manager only to be put on mute. I AM DONE!
I’ve never had good service at this location. Something about it just every time I end up waiting a half an hour for slushies and food. The soft pretzels are probably the only good thing but only if they actually butter them and they’re warm. I had ordered chicken tenders one time and waited so long the worker refunded it from my card without me even asking so that was very nice. One time a person just straight up didn’t put my order in and I waited in the stall for 20 minutes before driving off and realizing it never said it was ordered or “in the kitchen” on the computer screen.
This location didn't live up to my expectations . Spent over 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. All the others I have been to are exceptional. The tater tots were overcooked and saturated in grease, the grilled cheese not palatable and the grilled chicken was barely grilled. Everything gives to us was barely warm. ? won't be back to the Karns, Tn location
They are down to drive thru only fue to lack of staff. However we didn't have to wait long and the guy working the drive thru was the friendliest, nicest, most polite person ever. Very Impressed with him and his customer service. Oh yeah, the ice cream was pretty darn good too!
Absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a small Oreo blast, and was given the best blast I have ever had. Not an ounce of plain ice cream in it, with the perfect amount of Oreo. Whoever made this blast deserves a raise and/or promotion. I had considered going to Mcdonald’s for a Mcflurry, but I made the right decision going to Sonic. No Mcflurry could ever live up to this. This blast made my day. Good job Karns Sonic!

What order taker repeated and what he rung up to deliver to missed half the order. But he was nice and fixed it fast, even if foot long wiener became two regular ones.
DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!TLDR.. Incorrect order, over an hour wasted, poor customer service.Terrible experience with the crew working on 12/27/21. They didn't give me my drink (partially my fault because I drove off without it) and only gave me a single instead of a double cheeseburger. When I called they told me to return to the store, and when I finally made it back after 20 minutes (I had made it home) they told me they were drive thru only when I parked in a stall. Then I waited over a hour in the drive thru for a refund. Absolutely terrible, DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. The entire crew should be terminated.
I specifically go to this Sonic to get my Reese's blasts because they understand when I tell them I want a small blast with as much Reese's as is legally possible to sell one person (sometimes I try to pretend to be two people to get twice as much) they actually do it. Every other Sonic can get dunked on.
I work down the street. Every time I go here for lunch it’s extremely SLOW. The staff must be inside playing checkers or something because it’s the slowest FAST FOOD I’ve ever experienced. Good food, but it’s obvious that they are in no hurry whatsoever.
