Need to fix there intercom system and whatever lady is working the drive threw I had to repeat my order several times while ordering then when I get to the window the lady working it was rude and had to tell her another three times what my son's ice cream should be which is crazy considering it was a vanilla ice cream scoop with m&ms on it not difficult the 1st time she took the cone and just forcefully threw it in the cup didn't scoop it out or make a new one then when I said for the 4th time to her it was supposed to have m&ms she rolled her eyes slammed the window shut and didn't even bother to make an effort to make it look halfway decent all the m&ms were poured on the side of the cup like how hard is it to pour m$ms on top of an ice cream ? We won't be back to this location because of the one person who could not do a simple task as ordering food and treating people with respectIF IT HELPS MANAGEMENT ANY IF THEY EVEN CARE I DID NOT GET HER NAME BUT SHE HAD A AUSTRALIAN ACCENT
They had to be severely understaffed. The drive through window was closed and went to a stall to order. I punched the red button and the screen said someone would take my order shortly. I looked at the car next to me and his screen was flashing the same message, and he was there before me. After 20 minutes without an order being taken, the car next to me left. I gave it a couple more minutes and I did the same. Too busy to take an order after a 20+ minute wait was a 1 star review, only because there were no negative stars.
Tried to drive up and order. They said it was drive through only. Sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes. No one took my order. After clearing all but one car from the line. They motioned for me to pull up. After another 10 minutes behind a single car, I had to leave not to be late for work. Thanks Sonic. I now get to work a 12 hour night shift without eating. Had 30 minutes to get food. Y’all couldn’t make it happen.
Mothers Day 2022 (05-08-2022)If I could give no stars, I would.My family decided to grab a late dinner at this particular Sonics this evening instead of getting pizza. We sat in the drive thru from 7:37pm until 8:17pm. There were NOT that many people ahead of us either. As we sat there, we watched the car ahead of us get handed a bag of food.. which was then handed back into the window and sat to the side. Once we arrived at the pay window, the woman working the window appeared to be under the influence of SOMETHING. We watched her make someone else's sundae/shake and dirtied her hands; then wiped them on her pants; then came to get our card to pay for our food. She read off a completely wrong order, so after correcting her which one was ours, she handed us the bag that had been handed out to the car that had been in front of us. We paid over $28 for one #8 large with cherry limeade, two #8 mediums with tots and apple juice and one large tea. ALL of the food was cold. LITERALLY nothing was even remotely warm. The drinks were wrong. And again, this was the same food that was handed to someone else previously. The only other worker that we even SAW working was eating a damn ice cream cone and playing on his phone (Large guy/black beard) not helping the woman who appeared to be on drugs.Instead of yelling or asking for replacements by them, we paid...left... and promptly threw away ALL of the food/drinks we were given. As a microbiologist, the level of carelessness and just disgusting lack of cleanliness has me wondering what the inside of this building REALLY looks like. Maybe a call the the health department is in order. I expect to be refunded for the order we had to throw away for our own safety. I expect the owner to start caring about their franchise before it gets shut down. I am highly DISGUSTED! I will not stop with the social media posts or the reviews until the issues are addressed and fixed properly. This is not the time for "band-aid" fixes.
HORRIBLE!! We wait at the pull-up area for over 30 minutes (pressing the button once every 10). Never got an answer we seen 5 cars pull up then drive off. We went through the drive-thru and waited an additional 20 minutes. Only 3 cars in front of me. We get our food, a 1/4 pound BACON double cheeseburger and the rest of our order. Well his burger didn’t have any bacon, the patties were burnt, and the bread was hard, his cheddar bites were cold the cheese was hard looked like it’s been sitting for a while. I check my food my foot long hotdog looks like a bite was takes out of the end and my pretzel didn’t have any salt or butter on it. I was gonna go back around but didn’t feel like sitting for another 40 minutes. I tried to call about 10 times and no answer. We will never be going back.
It was bad. They got my order wrong. It wouldn’t have been a problem, but they have done this many times in the past. The food is quite good, but the seems sucks.
I purchased 2 BLT’s and the bacon was black. I went by to let them know that the BLT was not fit to eat. Also, I was not given the receipt. I went back to get a replacement and the bacon was over cooked to black again. I have never received such bad food from Sonic. The BLTs where very good in the pass. Yet, I’m done with Sonic. I can’t believe they wood sale food not fit to eat. The food left a bad Tast in your month. ?
I meant to give a review a while ago but I had to come to this restaurant one night to pick up a door Dash order and of course it was really busy on a weekend so I wasn’t upset about that. However the gentleman that was working in the drive-through that night I’m assuming was the manager on duty was very rude and very disrespectful.I had explained to the young lady in the drive-through that I had two door Dash orders for two different people and they told me to pull up and then when the gentleman came to speak with me at the window I told him what the names were and he try to have an attitude with me about what was in the order and what all I needed.Normally when you tell the employees the name of the order they’re supposed to know what’s in there because they have to make it before I even pull up at the restaurant. I wasn’t really trying to engage with the gentleman as much because he seemed like he was already irritated with the previous car that pulled off in front of me. In all honesty we really didn’t have anything to talk about but at that point in time my job was just a wait for the food and let them do their jobs, but if you have people who are very short tempered and are prone to taking out their frustration on the other people they don’t need to be in management positions period.
We waited at drive-up to place our order and have it delivered only to find out that the drive- thru window was the only option. There were no signs/cones saying that the parking wasn't being served.We placed our order and it was voiced back to us correctly; however, after pulling away to park and eat, we discovered that a meal was missing and none of the condiments we asked for were in the bags!!! Unacceptable?.
It took 45 minutes to get my food; and when it finally arrived it was already cold. They weren’t crowded at all. I guess the food just sat for a long time before they brought it out. I thought at first it could be a fluke, but it has happened twice now.
