Trash customer service.They refused to bring my food to my truck, which would not fit under their pavilion. I’m parked 10 feet away from their kiosk sign I ordered from, but they wouldn’t bring my foodI loved having to stand outside in the heat while I waited for my food.

My wife went to get food for Our family I ordered the chicken classic meal and I got a kids meal sandwich basically with old chicken and burned buns. I called and told them about it and they asked about my receipt. What receipt I replied. I have where you charged my card. And the young lady didn't give me a receipt. The manager then stated well there's nothing I can do about it.. well here's your review sonic due to an unpleasant experience. And for the way that I was treated. I will no longer be doing any business with sonic. I tried to post a picture. But sonic doesn't have that option on they're reviews.

Went to a new Sonic. Parked. App would not let me order like I normally do. I pushed the red button. I was told they are only serving through the drive in window....really?? It's a Sonic.... We left. I ate Arby's that night.

I was given the wrong burger that seemed like it was in the the foil for quite some time since the bun had started to harden. I now know to check the food before leaving. The oreo blast was good.

The night shift manager is so rude! Went to sonic to get a drink and had to turn around because our drink seemed to have no syrup. The manager came out and huffed and said “ I guess let me go and try to make this less carbonated for you”. Came back and it tasted the same?

I just left this Sonic on Maynardville Highway. The manager came storming out at my husband and I and yelling at us. She accused us of saying derogatory words to her car hop. That was not the case. She said her car hop felt threatened by us. I asked her if she could play back what she heard and she said she couldn’t. I feel that because we are African-Americans in a nice car, she thought that we were up to no good. We did not appreciate the way she handled it. I assume that she would not have felt threatened if it was a person of a different race. We have been in Halls for over a decade and we have never been treated like that. I will never patronize that Sonic again. The person, Angela, needs some training about how to talk to people.

I ordered 2 double Bacon burgers WITH NO CHEESE and 2 orders of tots with them. The order took a little long to get here and I figured 2 reasons, 1 Friday night and busy , and #2 I requested no cheese so they were specially made, when the hop brought the order out she said there IS NO CHEESE I asked if she was sure and she stated yes sir.When I got home I found she was mistaken and it has cheese some family members have food allergies and in this case to cheese and dairy products all dairy products causes significant problems. As such the food wasn't edible, couldn't scrape the cheese off the burgers both of them, I wished this is an isolated problem for us with this Sonic but it isn't and we'll have to rethink next time it was right at $20 bucks but 20 bucks is 20 bucks not including the tip we always tip...

The girl brought out my shake and the lid popped off, whipped cream all over me and in my car, all she said was are you ok? Never offered to get me some napkins or replace milk shake

Wish I could give 0 stars. We waited 40 minutes for 2 medium fountain drinks. We watched 2 girls stand inside while one ran around outside trying to deliver everything herself.
