Absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever been. I placed an order on the app and showed up to them saying they didn't have an order. I showed them where I places it on the app and my bank account where it took it out. Just for them to continue to tell me I didn't pay for it and proceeded to talk down to me and treat me like I was lying. I have the proof I paid for it and I showed them. Then they want to shut the window but continue to cuss and bad mouth me. Never will I be returning to this sonic.

Don't order for delivery the manager will claim he never got order that was confirmed by sonic only for him to tell dasher he never got order. when I called doordash he definitely got the order and waited for dasher to leave then he canceled the order. just lazy and rude!

Tried to order happy hour drinks on the app today around 11 am and this location said “temporarily unavailable” on the app to place a pick up order. So we went through the drive through (with a trailer on the back, so stalls weren’t an option). I explained the app issue to the person taking the order and asked if they could still honor the half price drinks - she said she could not. Between the time I placed the order at the intercom and then time I pulled up to the window, the app magically started working and showed the location as available. I had our identical order in the app ready to confirm and pay for $8 less than they were charging me at the window, and asked if I could just place it in the app now and fulfill it with the food/drinks they had just prepared (exact order, $8 cheaper), she said no. There’s nothing they could do since I had already placed the order in the intercom. I paid nearly double for the same food/drinks and it was just poor customer service in my opinion. I regret not cancelling all together and driving to another sonic location. Will not be back to this one.

I almost never do reviews, but this is the absolute worst sonic location I have ever been to. I came here a few days ago and the app wasn’t working to place my order. I pressed the button to order and sat here for 20 minutes just for someone to tell me their machines are down and they can’t take my order. Would have been nice to know before spending a total of about 30 minutes start to finish for nothing. Now today, a few days later, I am trying here again. Sat here for about 15 minutes for someone to come out with my receipt and say they can’t make milkshakes or the cheese curds because their machines aren’t working.. again. I asked for a refund and sat here an additional 15-20 minutes before they came back to my vehicle to handle it. Wasted a ton of time. I’ve never been able to successfully place an order from this location. This happened a few times last summer and I didn’t think much of it but now I’m incredibly annoyed that I’ve come here so many times and yet to place a successful order. This location needs to just shut down. They never take orders and they close early all the time too. It’s honestly a waste of a business at this point. I will never return to this location.

My daughter and I stopped in for a blast off the menu. We went through the drive-through like we normally do, we spent over 45 minutes in the drive-through. Still never complained. Got our blast I got an Oreo she got a snickers, they both tasted like rotten soap. Tried to call and work it out with the manager so I didn’t have to make it public. No one would answer the phone. I’m not typically one to put a bad review especially for multiple people to see but this was terrible service.

I am thoroughly happy to say that i am glad i am an over the road trucker that will not come back. The individual taking my order couldnt understand basic english. The woman who brought me my food was an absolute sweet heart and deserves 5 stars. To the person taking the order zero.

Excruciatingly slow service at 6:00 pm on a Monday. Sat in drive-thru 20 minutes with only one car in front of us. They were out of fries and also shorted our order. The tots were cold and grease logged, bacon on burger was burnt. Will be a long time before we go back.

I wish they had a roof or some sort of cover at the drive through menu that way when it’s raining I don’t get my whole car soaked by the time the dude is finished taking my order. Two stars tho because the lil boy at the window was very polite and respectful…thank you lil white boy in the blue jacket, I won’t tell no one you gave me an extra sauce?

Sonic is good, for what it is - a fast-food joint. If your mouth is set for grease and mayonnaise, you can't do better than Sonic. The food is almost always acceptable, and occasionally transcendent. If you get a great fresh burger, you beat the odds... but the gamble is worth it.

This is the egg on my breakfast sandwich, gross! This was my second trip here. First visit, staff was very arrogant for no reason and the order was wrong, after waiting forever!Was going to fill out the online customer survey. LOL, but the receipt does not have the store number printed so you can't even start the survey. Isn't that convenient for the franchise owner!
