I ordered lunch from this sonic, when I got it the fries and burger were completely cold and my burger was smashed down on one side which made the tomatoes, pickles and condiments hang out of one side of the burger which made it soggy. I asked for no onions because they give me heartburn. And guess what I bit into a burger full of onions. Whoever is making these terrible orders needs to be talked to or something because I just wasted my money on a soggy cold order won't be ordering again.
Went to pickup another customers order from this location at 6:55 through doordash. I was blatantly lied too and told this order was picked up. Also the general manager apparently told them not too remake the order. This isnt how you treat doordash drivers and customers in general. Unprofessional, and a joke.
Loved there food just the order person did not get my order right and rang up three drinks instead of small fries but fixed there mistake right away so that's why they get all five stars.
We moved here a couple months ago and have since made Nama a regular thing. We get the half priced sushi every Thursday and we love it. We always take it to go. Only downside is everybody likes the half priced sushi so if you come on Thursday, be prepared to wait. Can't really blame the restaurant for being popular, and the sushi is worth the wait but still it can be a little bit of an annoyance.
Used the mobile app. The app charged twice and it was not sorted out. On top of that, I waited almost 40 minutes for my order, to the point I had to knock on the window to get someone to respond. One of the worst Sonic locations I’ve been too. Terrible attitudes and lackluster service. Ordered my food at 4:40 and didn’t receive it until almost 5:30pm. If they were short, then it’s understandable, but no one came out we had to go in and to receive an explanation.Update. I never got my order. I walked in and just told them to cancel my order. As I walked in the staff were cursing each other out. Very unprofessional.
Every single time I go here it’s always bad. I’ve been here probably a total of 6 times and the majority of my visits were absolutely awful. I always have to wait around 10 minutes just for a response from the workers. One of the times that stick out most to me was when I went here after work with a group of people. We sat in line for 30 minutes without any movement cause none of the workers were taking people’s orders. Then they started taking orders, which went fine, and we started to go up to the window. The people in front of us clearly knew one of the workers because the two girls just started talking for around 10 minutes. A car that was sitting in one of the parking spaces honked their horn and the worker looked directly at my friend, who was the driver, and yelled at him to stop honking his horn. My friend yelled at them that it wasn’t even them and she just yelled at us again to stop. We got up to the window and she made excuses like “sorry we just don’t have a lot of workers tonight”….there were like 10 people crowded in that one area and she said that there were no workers. Then we told her that she was being extremely rude because we didn’t even start the honking. If I could give zero stars I would. I work in customer service and it can be horrible but this girl was just beyond rude and I’m never gonna eat there again. I’ve never met so many rude workers that work at this establishment.
Absolutely, unbelievably terrible service.We ordered 3 supersonic double cheese burgers to go. Get home and they are all singles instead. Check the receipt and they charged me for doubles. This was after waiting in line for 30 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of us. It’s such an ridiculous situation.
If I could give 0 stars I would, that’s how bad my experience was. I ordered through the app because I have an hour break, I sat in the drive thru for half of my break. When I finally got up to the box & was immediately asked to wait, where I waited another 10 minutes. When I told them I had an app order I had to repeat my name 5 times, & I asked if I could add something else. While at the window I can hear all the employees cussing at each other & arguing. I paid for my additional order & she didn’t want to give me my food she said “I already gave you your food, right” no. If you had I would’ve left already. If I’m going anywhere and waiting 45 minutes for my food, like everyone else I would prefer if it was fresh. My cheese sticks cold & hard, my burger crispy & cold. Drinks weren’t what we ordered or anything. I know it’s a busy Sunday, but if you just try to work a little harder it’s not that bad.
VERY INCONSISTENT QUALITY AND QUANTITYI come here a lot because it's very convenient on my way to work and I love sonics breakfast burritos. But it's always a gamble. Sometimes I will have a perfect burrito with the perfect balance of ingredients and it's nice and hot. Other times I'll have mostly egg and cold unmlelted cheese. Same goes for the chili cheese tots. I think the staff here should study and enforce proper recipe portions.The staff is usually pretty friendly though. I won't stop going. I just want quality food every time I go.
Nice relaxing lunch in the car.The quarter pound burger was simply made and the taste buds were very happy. The broccoli cheddar tater tots were okay but needed to be hotter. The cold brew coffee was okay but needed more coffee, less cream. The taste buds were extremely happy with the hot fudge sundae! The ratio of hot fudge to ice cream was perfect!I'll go back to give the broccoli cheddar tater tots and cold brew coffee another try.
