If I could give negative stars it'd be -10. DO NOT go here past 9:30 pm. They will leave you with the red light blinking until the lights go off. If you're in drive thru then it's not any better. I went there tonight and spent 15 minutes at a stall with the red light blinking and then I went to the drive thru, there were 2 cars in front of me. We were in the drive thru for another 10/15 minutes before the line moved (which was right after the lights went off) the car in front of me was informed that they were closed. Not very good customer service at all and I will be re thinking about ALL of my return visits to this location. I've worked fast food and have been made to serve every person who was there before closing time. I'd think a little bit like a customer before y'all keep running your customers away.
I ordered from a parking spot and not the drive through like I usually do. They answered the intercom laughing and continued to laugh while I was trying to order. Then I waited three times as long as I ever have for my food and it still hadn’t arrived, so I left and went to KFC down the street and was in and out in about four minutes. These young people need to learn what professionalism is and they need to practice it.
Food is delicious. Just need to speed up they are to slow taking one car at a time

This was the worst visit I have ever had at this location. The burger was cold the lettuce was brown. The cheese was hard I pulled it off and threw it away. The bun was soggy on one side. It was awful. And I'm so disappointed because this the sonic I go to the most. I don't know what happened maybe a new cook I don't know but I'm so upset
For a holiday weekend I was GRATEFUL TO HAVE MY CHILI CHEESE DOG. Everyone was happy . Tasted the best was their words. Thank you for the amazing service and great food.
I'm sorry I usually don't write once like this but I was kind of disappointed my burger was really burned too far to go back hopefully next time it will be better
I went to this sonic in my lunch and asked for a Number one without mayonnaise, ketchup, or mustard. They repeated my order to me. The young lady brought my order to the car and I checked it before leaving and the burger was a double cheeseburger with mayonnaise smeared all over it. I politely gave it back and the bad thing about it was it was my lunch break and I was already late on returning. This is the second sonic I've been too and the food was not satisfying. I wasted 16 dollars among the two orders. I will not go back to a sonic in Knoxville Tennessee.
This is the worst sonic we've ever been too! Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and never had our order taken. When we pulled to the window to place our order they didn't want to take it because we didn't order at the intercom.I understand being short staffed and busy but have some customer service!!!!
