The absolute worst experience with ordering pizza. They completed an order while i watched and could not transfer pies from the pan. Once i received them the dough was dense and raw. I returned the worst pizzas to the degenerates working and their response was oh we forgot to add yeast to the dough. The second pizzas were just as horrific and raw! The re was no refund credits or apologies. I will never order again.
Several years ago this place wasn't all that bad. However, their quality and service has since been going completely down hill. When I've ordered anything from there within the last year they've totally messed up my orders. The last time I was there they even over charged me on my order. When I tried asking them about it I kept getting ignored so I just left vowing to never return ever again.
We had Snappy Tomato today and we absolutely loved it. Alex and his staff were super nice and friendly. Our family from New York loved it too. Wouldn't go anywhere to eat Pizza other than this place. Thank you guys.
Very poor customer service here. I placed an order online and after waiting for an hour on delivery they called and said they couldn't sell it for the price I was charged online. Their computer calculated the balance wrong and they cancelled the order and would not accept the mistake was their issue.. Will not use the Hardin Valley location again.. Not honoring what you charge for a service is bad business...
Twenty minutes past estimated delivery time. I call and the girl that answers doesn’t know where my order is, if she has drivers, when my order might get delivered. She also can’t refund my order since it’s already made.Poor showing.Finally arrived 35 minutes late. cold as a stone
I placed an order for a pizza at 330 today with an estimated delivery time of just after 4 according to their website. At 445 I called them to make sure everything was cool and they had a problem with their website. ok but they're going to make it quickly and get it to us. Over an hour later I call and the pizza isn't even in the oven yet. Two hours and we haven't even gotten a pizza in the oven yet. Completely insane. So if you're hungry, try somewhere else!
Slowest delivery twice now. Both times had to call to see where our pizza was. The 2nd time put on hold for 6 minutes, hung up and called again. 1 1/2 hours later got our pizza. And to top it off the red headed delivery girl with glasses was very rude!!!! Very disappointed! Owner needs to get enough staff before he loses business
I ordered a small ultimate specialty pizza and a cheese pizza from the Hardin Valley Snappy Tomato Pizza store, I also ordered a side of Banana Peppers and garlic sauce with each pizza. As you can see from the picture all I got was a mess in a pizza box. My 8 year old daughter could easily make a better looking and tasting pizza. I also didn’t receive any garlic sauce or my Banana Peppers. All total with the tip I paid $28 for this mess, but you can bet it will not happen again, I don’t know what happened to this store they used to have the best pizza in my area and now I think it’s the worst. Rant over I hope everyone has a blessed evening…

Update: owner fixed my order, personally deliverd a great pizza to my door on the house.Order over phone with sausage and cheese base option, came with only sausage. Manager "explained" to me that Chicago style doesn't have cheese, which is not true. Offered me 25% on next order which is useless to me at this point.
