We really want to like this place but our 2nd time trying it and food is terrible! It is a really cool place with very nice staff bit the food is not worth stopping by. It is disappointing. We ordered The All In Omelet, Jakes Favorite Scrambler and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is more like a chewy cake on the inside and crispy/burnt crust with runny icing that is more cream than sugar. The scrambler was very dry, eggs overcooked and potatoes are awful because of the strong rosemary or some other seasoning used. The omelet was also very dry, overcooked and coffee is barely luke warm. I recommend going somewhere else for breakfast! It's definitely not worth $50.

This place is magical. It's a mix of modern and whimsical outdoors. We started off with the fresh squeezed orange juice and cold brew coffee. The orange juice was too tart for my taste. The cold brew was amazing with a tiny bit of sugar. Next, we had the cinnamon roll. Let me be perfectly clear: this was the best cinnamon I have ever had. It was huge and came overflowing with icing. It was perfectly sweetened. I had the Sonora Plate. I thought it needed some salsa or jalapeños to add a depth of flavor. After a few bites it was a tad bland. My husband had the savory crepes. They were amazing with their rich, creamy sauce. Before you go, you should know: you can share one meal since you're going to have a cinnamon roll.

Scrambled Jake's is consistent with good service and quality food. Their massive cinnamon rolls dripping with icing are decadent. The breakfast burrito is delicious and will fuel you through the day.The only negative about Scrambled Jake's is their extreme popularity makes it always busy so plan on a bit of a wait. It is worth it.

I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. So glad we did. It was DELICIOUS! Wait was super short and food came out very quickly. Our server Caden was great, smiled the whole time, was attentive and made good recommendations. The fried deviled eggs are a must have! The biscuit was soft and gravy was perfect. Each piece of French toast was probably 2 inches thick. Can’t wait to go back.

So I wanted to try this place due to all the great reviews I’ve been hearing. Overall, I had a good experience mainly due to the excellent and attentive service of Shelby. I sat at the bar so I was seated immediately upon arrival for a party of 1. The pancake (& mimosa) was the highlight of my meal. The other half of my meal was standard. Service was fast. Didn’t reach 5 stars for me as the food wasn’t as I’d hoped.

My wife and i visited this morning and were thoroughly disappointed. The food was not what we enjoyed a year ago. We live out of town and so looked forward to our meal. Potato casserole was part of my order and cold and nasty tasting. Omelet was filled with unidentifiable contents. The pancake my wife ordered was adequate. Very disappointing compared to our last visit.

Enjoyed breakfast here with extended family. They were busy but we were stilled seated pretty quickly. Food came out pretty quickly and portions were VERY generous. Be warned, the cinnamon roll will easily feed 2-4 people! They wonderful but huge. Would definitely eat here again when we’re in the area.

Seems hard finding a good southern, home cooked breakfast in our area. First time trying this one but won’t be back. The service was excellent from our server, Charlie. She was friendly and attentive. The biscuits were good and the servings were generous. But, the potatoes and the grits were not to my taste! Eggs over cooked, grits and potatoes were seasoned…not to my taste. Sorry to give this kind of review. I know this is just my opinion but still looking for a good southern breakfast. And this sure isn’t it!

From a 5 to a 0! Do not darken there doors! We are done! We came in checked in and waited 2 and 1/2 hours and were told they purged the wait list at 1pm and it goes to walk ins at that point. We sat were seated and ordered the cinnamon roll and were told they were out. Manager came out and said oh well what do you want me to do sucks to be you you should have got here sooner. Manager was was very unprofessional and would love to speak with the owners. I would have his job! Go across the street to Roosters! They know how to treat people and have great food!!! Scrambled Jake’s needs to close!

Tasty tasty meals!!! The service was good and everything was very yummy. Only thing we didn't like was that the dining room was too loud/noisy. The warehouse setting with the cemented floor bouces all the sounds.. The next time I'll try to sit at the other side dining room. Ps: serving filtered water would be nice.
