Loving this new coffee shop in Knoxville. The blender drinks are my favorite. They have lots of varieties of drinks on the menu. The staff is super friendly and always chat with you about your day while you wait for your drink. I would like to see an option for a bagel with cream cheese on the menu but other than that this place is great.
The best coffee I've had at a drive thru. The guy that served me was what really made it great though. He was very cheerful and nice, in a genuine non forced way. Will 110% be back.
Absolutely LOVE Scooter's. The coffee is good, the bacon ciabatta sandwich is always good. The breakfast burrito...could definitely be better. What gets me the most is the customer service is absolutely outstanding. Always!
Just found this yesterday and couldn't be happier. It was a delicious cup of coffee topped with the butterscotch foam. I've been over Starbucks for a while now, especially since the only Sugar-free option they offer is vanilla. BORING! So thank you Scooter's for making a delicious cup with more than one SF option!
Scooters is my FAVORITE coffee place ever! I literally go twice a day, everyday! The best customer service & they are the sweetest! The happiest, most efficient crew in town! No exaggeration! Always happy to serve & the best COFFEE, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches & sweet treats! My kids love it as much as I do! If you haven't been you're missing out! Go see them ASAP!
What a great group of positive people, I stop by twice a day for caffeine ( Large Mocha...hot ...extra shot) and I always leave with a smile. My coffee and muffins are hot and consistently good as I order them. I am always greeted with a smile and great attitudes. The owners are friendly and genuinely care about their customers and experiences. It is the only place I get coffee from.

Very happy and satisfied with my experiences at Scooter's from my first visit to now! Every time I have been there everyone is extremely nice and friendly always willing to help me pick out something if I'm not sure what I want! Love the special flavors of the month that they offer! Great coffee and I love the carmelious muffin! Best muffin I've had! The management there does an excellent job and are always friendly each time I visit!
This place is so much better than Starbucks. Their fast, friendly, and serve some unique items. Love their regular coffee too, so hard to find it seems these days at nicer places. We probably go here once a week or so. Check it out.
Management is terrible. Some of the employees and the managers here are very unprofessional and rude. They discuss other customers with customers and gossip( extreme and untrue gossip). Several people have had messed up drink orders and get upset and annoyed with any special drink orders such as: no whip cream. A family member of mine had a terrible experience with them and I know several other people that haven't had very good service here. I will never go here again.
