The food was so good and it was such a fun environment. We can’t wait to come back again and try even more of the menu
I loved the atmosphere it reminded me of being back in Germany. They had several pictures from Germany German costumes dolls steins and the food was amazing just like the jagerschnitzel we had in Germany
All I can say is WOW! This place has delicious food. There is outside seating,& giant projected sports games playing on the wall, a bar inside, seating & they make their own beers. Very friendly, professional and soooo yummy! I highly recommend this place. It's nice to have more culture in our town!
Shultz Braü’s beer and atmosphere is amazing, but the food keeps it from being my favorite brewery in town. Unfortunately, their menu is limited, most of the food taste likes it comes straight from a package, and the presentation and flavor are not the greatest. If they would take some time to focus in on a defined and refined menu of delicious flavorful food, it would make them a destination in East TN. Some of the best German style beers I’ve ever had, but I don’t come here often bc I like a little something to eat with my beer. The pretzels are my favorite menu item.

One of the best Saturday evening places in all of Knoxville. They have an outdoor beer garden. With open seating around big fireplaces as well as soon private outdoor table and 2 giant projectors screens for games. This is MUST visit for anyone coming to Knoxville
I've been to this place several times for the beer garden experience, but decided I had to have a schnitzel on my birthday. It was a great idea. Not only was it beyond my expectations, but the kitchen staff actually walked me through the cooking process so this amateur chef could make his own on a griddle (as opposed to deep frying). The outdoor seating this time of year is actually incredible, with plenty of heating options as well as cute, heated domes for small parties. I will be going back and soon.

As close to Germany as I have experienced since leaving Berlin in 1990! Can’t wait to come back! Authentic, delicious schnitzel and curry wurst and the hefeweizen was outstanding! Highly recommended!
