Excellent beer and food! Love the spätzle and obatzda! My favorite beers are the dopplebock and maibock. Really cool exterior and biergarten areas; worth a trip!
Awesome atmosphere with some authentic beers, although I wish they had a Kolsch. Big beer garden and crenellations built to appear like a castle.
Great beer. Long time visitor. But wow, during the heat wave they turned the misters off because of the owner… while the patrons outside sweat their butts off. We still pay for beer out here. Make us comfortable, you make enough money. Wow. Okay. Tell me how much you love your customers when it’s still 90 and you do not care. Otherwise great space. Just don’t come when it’s hot, the owner is a penny pincher apparently.
Our party of 4 ordered 3 different German dishes and 1 pizza...the only one to finish their meal was the person who had pizza. The German food was absolutely tasteless. Our pizza and 2 different beers were very good...just stop with the German food if you can't do it any better.
Very neat place. Extensive menu of what I perceive to be authentic German food, plus pizza for the less adventurous. Ordering is smooth, and the beer garden is both picturesque and relatively COVID safe. Then there's the beer. I honestly tried only one style but it was done so well that I have no doubt the rest are also great. Combine all of that with reasonable pricing and it's a 5 star experience, glad we stopped by.
Absolutely love Schultz, brings a small piece of home to my new home of TN, great beer, great food and great atmosphere. No complaints about the wait time of the food, just like back in Germany, everything is prepped and made to order, not batch cooked. We visit about every other week and would recommend everyone to try it.
Our biggest highlight of the evening was our Server Amanda! Service was spectacular! She has an infectious smile and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious! A delightful experience. If you don't try this restaurant at least one time... you are missing out! And I guarantee you will keep coming back!! Superb service!

Beer is great but service not so good. We ordered a pizza and was told the wood fired pizza oven cooled off and it would take 30 min to warm up. Pager never went off when ready. Ordered a Red wine and was given a White wine. All 3 bar tenders are ripped and drinking beer behind the bar. Sunday 2/27/2022 DO NOT COME ON SUNDAY!!
