Ordered two items to go off of the kids menu, one of them being a kids nachos. The worker did not put the queso cheese on the chips....but in one of the little containers. The same size of container that is used for the side of chips that comes with the other meals. So....since I ordered nachos I asked for more cheese, because it would not have been enough to cover the chips in the bowl. When I checked out, the other employee charged me for extra cheese! I asked him why, and he said because only a 2 oz cheese comes with the meal. I said I ordered NACHOS, the meal is the chips and cheese, so basically your charging me twice. He stated again, you only get one cheese for the nachos. So basically, when you order nachos from here, you get a bowl of chips....with only a sides worth of cheese to eat it with.
When you order through the app, they do not make it a priority. No matter the estimated wait time, it’s always longer. You would think that ordering beforehand would make it a quicker process, which isn’t the case even when they are not busy.
I placed a pick-up order and i messed up the order. I called the store the man that answered the phone was super polite and fixed everything for us. A little pricey but I have not been disappointed!
Mexican fast food with that big Mexican Restaurant feel. Order comes with Warm Corn Chips and salsa,and queso.
As usual Salsaritas did not disappoint. Whenever I'm in Knoxville I have to stop at Salsarita's and if I'm going through Knoxville and it's not open because it's too late or too early I'm sad?

We had lost a purse in there and we went over there and they were very mean and we asked if they could look at the cameras and they said we don’t have cameras and we asked if they could check the manger and they said they don’t know the manger how does that work.
Always good freshly prepared meals. Hard to go wrong.
