Rosa's Catering Catered my wedding at Norris Dam State Park. They provided amazing service and were great to work with. The food was phenomenal and the staff was so kind and courteous. I couldn't have asked for a better caterer! My husband is Active Duty and they were so accommodating to our needs as a military family.
We hired Rosa's catering for our wedding based on a recommendation from the venue. We never had a tasting with them so just went on blind faith. I am so glad we did!! They were extremely responsive, offered multiple menu options and were very flexible with any changes I wanted. They worked with our budget and never pushed us to go outside of it. The day of everything was setup perfectly and food was delicious!! Definitely one of the least stressful parts of the wedding day was having Rosa's catering take care of the food. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the amazing food at our wedding! The sliders were perfect in size and delicious and the mac and cheese was incredible!! Your staff was so nice and communicates very well, they even spoke to me before cutting the cake for us to make sure what all we wanted to save and I appreciate that! Everyone loved the food :) military appreciation was a great add for us and we appreciate y'all for working with us for our wedding!
My daughter had a destination wedding in Pigeon Forge and the Wedding Venue recommended Rosa's Catering. I have to say this was the best wedding meal that I have ever tasted. I had so many wedding guest come up and say how good the food was. I would highly recommend this catering service for any event.
Rosa’s is the epitome of professionalism. Ginger and her crew are a dream to work with - for our wedding, they brought us in and let us try literally everything, and we honestly had a really difficult time narrowing down what we wanted that night! They were great about updating our estimates as our headcounts fluctuated, they helped us set aside special plates for our guests with dietary restrictions, and they were always happy to talk through anything during the planning process and immediately follow up with emails as well. We were really excited for our guests to try the citrus chicken and the mushroom ravioli we picked, and as we made our way around each table EVERYONE was telling us how good the food was. We were also ecstatic that we got some big to-go boxes, because of course, we didn’t eat a lot day-of, so we were able to enjoy the meal all over again with our friends the following night.Choosing - and then communicating with - vendors for a wedding can be intimidating and difficult. But working with Rosa’s, we knew we’d be taken care of, that they’d be reliable, and that the results would be fantastic. As an events coordinator, I’ve worked with Rosa’s before and always chose them for those exact reasons, and after our wedding I’d continue to choose them again and again for any catering I’d ever need. Highly recommend.
Rosa’s catered an event we had at the Sunsphere and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and above expectations. Ginger was a great help to me planning the menu and making valuable suggestions of which I took and they were spot in! Service was great and bartender was fun and great as well. Many people made the effort to come to me and tell me how good the food was.If you choose Rosa’s, you will be well pleased!
Rosa’s catered a holiday party for the dental office I work for and it was amazing. The set up for the buffet was very organized and easy. The food was wonderful and the apple cake was the best.
Worst catered meal we have ever ate. Food was cold, greasy, and not worth eating. Waste of money. Would not recommend. McDonalds would have been better or even pizza. Terrible food. And yes, I’m sure I have the correct company. The food was ordered under the last name Hawkins. It was delivered Saturday evening. 12/11/2021.
I got married in New Market, TN but my husband and I are currently living in another state. I was nervous to hire a caterer without being able to taste test the food, but these good reviews did not steer me wrong! Ginger was wonderful to work with, she continually communicated with me leading up to the event. On the day of our wedding, the food was tasty and more importantly-- they simply showed up and took care of business. I couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable and seamless plated dinner for 150 people. It was SUCH a blessing to be able to relax, eat, drink, and be married!
We had our wedding on Monday, and Rosa's was amazing! Ginger was great to communicate with, and the staff was able to make sure my husband and I had plates in front of us before anyone else. We were very pleased with the menu choices - we ended up having a Mac and cheese bar and chip/dip bar. The food was amazing, and we had so many of our guests coming up to us during and after the meal to say how amazing the food was and express that it was the best wedding food they've ever had. 10/10 would recommend for any event or wedding!
