Their air conditioner is not working and the food took forever! Two people working and they were not very friendly. Yuck!
I try to be realistic, by giving th truth about each restaurant. I feel like I shouldn't even be eating this because of how bad it was. Most of the food wasn't even cooked and some guy in a booth next to us almost choked on his frozen egg rol. We decided TO NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.
I normally dont leave bad reviews but the person behind the desk was not friendly at all. Did not show any kind of customer service to our party. All he did was take our order and give us the receipt. He didnt even tell us the price, he just gave us the receipt and waited for us to give him our money. No wonder there was no one else in the restaurant with service like this.
So do not waste your money. We waiting 10 mins and no one took the order so we ordered through the app. $81 and when we went in to pick up they were not friendly, tiok over 35 mins and wgen we got the food it was not cooked, wontons in soup where frozen. The fried rice tasted old. Nasty food
They do not take allergies seriously! We called ahead to confirm that there were no peppers in the dish we wanted to order and explained that I have a serious anaphylactic allergy to peppers. We then ordered with special instructions repeating the allergy. Got the food and a big bell pepper was in the bottom in a broccoli chicken dish. Had a serious reaction! Never going there again! People with allergies beware!
I don’t EVER leave bad reviews, but the food was undercooked. The man taking the order was not professional at all. He literally played on his phone and ignored me when I asked him a question. The man cooking our food scratched his head with no gloves on, didn’t wash his hands and continued cooking our food. I wish I could leave -5 stars!!!!
Underrated place. Good food but little expensive. Cold place.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Order for delivery to truck repair shop. Drop food on table while was in bathroom. No silverware ? to eat with brought no sauce no paper towels no nothing. Worse place ever
