While I think that pour-it-yourself is probably the future, I'm not entirely sold yet. I like the concept and that I don't need to try a lot to know if I enjoyed something. That said, I think the selection here was good but the layout for standing and sitting felt cramped. But a cool location overall.
We love this place! Super fun. My nephews love the root beer that they can pour themselves (no kids after 7pm, I believe). We've been able to taste a lot of different beers/ciders.
I love this place! You go to the bartender and get a bracelet that allows you to pour whats on tap. I like it so much because I am not much of a drinker but this allows me to pour a few ounces of different things that I want to try. This way I get to have drinks with everyone but I’m not obligated to order full beers! They have wine on tap, beer on tap, cocktails on tap. They also have snacks and on certain days of the week they do a Mimosa bar!!This is hands-down one of my favorite places to casually sit and hang out with friends.
Very cool place! Lots of options and good prices.
Overall this has been an amazing experience every time I go here, this place truly let's you do some discovery. Think of it like a buffet of beers, meads, wines and cocktails. You are charged by the Oz and it is entirely self serve. There is some history to know about and to be had there that makes the while experience a little cooler. Will be back regularly to this establishment, this is one of my favorite places to be.
Upgraded tech on the tap wall. The readers actually work now. Unique place for Knoxville even if the concept is a chain. Great family that runs it.
Very fun idea. Love being able to sample beers and take as much as little as you want. Insanely overpriced. Like way way too expensive. And then when you drop your bracelet off they want you to tip 15% when you did all the work yourself I'm sorry I have no problem tipping 25% if someone serves me but I'm only gonna tip 10% if I haven't even seen them once the whole night and I don't even think that should be required all they do is bust the table when we leave we do all of the work for the overpriced beers. Why should I have to tip someone who I haven't even seen, the high amount of 15%?
Like to sample a variety of wines, meads, cider and craft brews? This is your place. We visit once a week, and appreciate you can pour your own, and sample small ormif you want a full put of any of 60+ taps purely by placing your provided wrist band in front of the LÇD screen over each tap handle. Good bar snacks, a great owner, and awesome concept. Thumbs up
Huuuuge selection of beer and some wine. Food menu is pretty awesome also
I love this whole concept of self-poor, especially when it comes to microbrews It makes it a lot easier and more efficient
