I've had better trips to Popeyes. The mashed potatoes and gravy were on point but the chicken had the "It's been sitting here awhile" taste to it.No worries though, I'll be back because,we'll, mashed potatoes.
Small pieces, family meal deal of ten pieces includes 2 wings with no meat on them. Fries were rubbery, coleslaw didn't taste all that good either. Biscuits were decent.
2 1/2 stars got spicy chicken and red beans and rice. The red beans and rice was good but chicken was far cry from spicy. Took it Togo glad I did that way I could put some hot sauce on it. Biscuit was just ok . Was really hoping they had the berry beignets but they don't.

We placed a mobile order for our food. We pulled up to the window and were asked to park up by the sign, since they were waiting on an "apple pie". We waited a total of 23 minutes and they completely forgot that we were out there. I had to call and remind them we were waiting. The food was mediocre at best and it will be the last time we visit. The customer service was worse. I think the pandemic has given businesses an excuse to stop caring.
Was so excited when this location opened. I wanted to try the chicken sandwich that was all the rave. Not impressed. Chicken was under cooked and super greasy. Over seasoned and was put together sloppy. I've not been back after throwing uneaten food in the garbage. Sad and disappointed ?
Drive thru experience, ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches & kids meal. Chicken sandwiches were horrible, per employee. Soggy and way to much mayo all over the top and bottom on the inside and outside of the bun. Worst experience at that location in Halls. NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION!
Not much needed to be said with these pictures ... However the Dr pepper had no syrup in it and the fries weren't even in a container ... An3s the mng Tia kept wanting to talk over me when I called back and was upset referring to "it had more mayonnaise then I might have liked" this is some bull somebody probably did on purpose and it's on social media somewhere that they're going to serve it to a customer... really sad how people play with other people's food
Every single time I go throughthe drive through, our order is incomplete and we have to go inside. They accommodate us by fixing our order and throwing in something extra as a courtesy, but it would be nice to not have to have it just be right once in a while.
