This location claims there is a shortage of coins and does not keep change in their cash drawers. They ask you to pay with correct change or debit/credit card . This is a blatant way of stealing from the public . Whether the change benefits them or the customer , they make excuses , to keep up the theft.
What an absolutely fantastic bunch! The crew that worked on Wednesday afternoon were just spectacular. My order was perfect in every way: accurate, hot & had everything I needed. I'd LOVE to come back here when I'm up this way again!
Great place gave us all sorts of extra chicken and fries and a free drink. Sweet management.
This was one of the best experiences and Popeye's I've been to. Nothing was cold and they didn't skimp out on portions as I've found with other Popeyes.
I came into town to get a meal I received and expected the same service but instead I was highly disappointed I just came a few weeks ago and got the same deal but got told it’s not a thing so I was very upset with my visit I will not be back!!! #Better training needed
I really like their spicy chicken family pack. I wish they offered 2 sides instead of 1 with their deal. Bojangles and KFC both offer 2 sides with their 8 piece specials. But maybe they have to since their chicken is not as good as Popeyes.
I had one of the most pleasant experiences at this Popeyes. I haven’t been a customer in over 1 year, but decided to try again today. Ordered an 8 pc meal spicy. Chicken was a dry, hard, and chewy. I returned the order to explain my greif. As usual a crew member “assured” me it was fresh! I know fresh chicken when i eat it. But I didn’t necessarily want fresh just chicken of highly quality. Crew member throws my return in the trash and tells me 20mins! I ask for a refund instead. Another employee named Jamiah stepped in to assist with the refund. He with NO issue or any “huff and puff” issued my full amount and said to me we have a 4 min wait time on “mild”. I was delighted and proud to pay! I mean I’ve never had that good of “customer service” from a Popeye’s like ever.
Love their chicken sandwiches! They had discontinued their mac and cheese but it will be back the first week of November. It's going to be a different kind though!
Great location. Fresh food. Best nuggets in history. Love it.
If you’re going to this location you better call and make sure their open, they closed at 8pm on a Sunday. Also when there Friday and they got my order wrong. Check you’re stuff
