Great experience trying Poke for the first time. Riley was SO helpful and provided excellent customer service. I didn't know what to get or how it worked but they walked me through the menu and options (including allergen & raw seafood-free options) and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing! The meal was delicious and I will definitely be back.
What a pleasant surprise in knoxville tn! Fast food style raw fish is a scary thought... But it is super fresh! Lots of flavor combinations too to keep the palate guessing
Anytime I'm near a Pokeworks my car just automatically pulls in. I have never been disappointed. Food is always fresh and service always friendly.My favorite place to eat hands down!!
I had the Umami Ahi and it was amazing. I can't wait to go back and try other items on the menu. The bowl was loaded with Ahi Tuna and packed with flavor. The price to value was excellent. I really can't express how much I enjoyed it.
Never had a poke bowl and the folks working here were very nice in helping me build my bowl. I will for sure be back. It was fantastic! The kale noodles were great and the spicy tuna was kicking. My husband does not like this type of food but I got him a Dole pineapple soft serve that he loved.
Ate here on vacation...its Poke alright, but it wasn't the BEST Poke we have experienced. The staff was polite and the ingredient selection was just ok. Nothing to really brag about or complain about. It is a franchise and it felt like a fast-food experience. Kind of a middle of the road Poke restaurant.
Fast and tasty poke bowls. There are clearly marked vegan options too! I was very satisfied.

First time visiting this location and honestly had the best experience. One of the staff members recommended a few options and recommended addition toppings along the way. My meal was delicious and probably the best bowl I’ve had. I wish more places had staff like that! I’ll definitely be going here again. The inside was clean as well. But the staff at this location make it more enjoyable.
All the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. Amazing assortment of different fruit drinks and teas to choose from. They have different pokie bowls to choose from or make your own. Easily customizable. For those that don't want raw fish they offer cooked chicken for your bowls. They even offer miso soup.
