The interior set up is strange by how you must walk to the end of the store to start the order- I imagine it gets pretty crammed when there is a rush; however, this is not anyone’s fault! The process is JUST like Chipotle where you actively speak to an employee and tell them what you want in your bowl/burrito as you go down the line.I would totally recommend it for anyone that is looking to try something new. Everything is so tasty and fresh. It really hits the spot. There is a wide variety of drinks to choose from. Healthier lemonades. There is an option to sit outside in the front of the building which is shaded.Overall a good experience- it’s somewhere you just can’t go wrong with!It is a bit pricy though, and the machine will ask for a tip. I spent $38~ ($10-20 per person) including 2 bowls, 1 drink, 1 side, and a tip. Chill employees.

Clean, efficient and delicious! Super friendly and helpful employees at this chipotle style sushi bar. Enjoy!

Staff was nice, food was good, great tasting fountain drinks and the place was clean. Would have given it 5 stars but our Musubi as a whole was inedible, The rice was completely undercooked in it. As a cook you should know to never serve undercooked rice. Make it again and 86 the item until you can fix the issue.

Reminds me of Hawaii. The food is so fresh and it's nice because you can build your own bowl

Try something different and be excited. Great food -a little spendy-but well done. BTW the fountain and canned drinks from Hawaii are crazy good and one of the best parts of dining there. Give them a try for sure!

Have been here several times and not once have I had a bad experience. Service is always fast and friendly, and the food is impeccable. Highly recommended

Update: After leaving this review the owner called me immediately and rectified the situation. He was more than apologetic. My messages had accidentally slipped through the cracks as the GM had an emergency and wasn't able to get back to me sooner. I understand things happen and bones are clear and thin and I'm sure can easily be missed. My biggest concern was the lack of an apology on their part but now I see it wasn't them ignoring a customer, it was just a simple mistake. After speaking to the owner I'd definitely revisit the location and say they definitely have good customer service.BONE IN MY SALMONLast week my husband picked me up a salmon poke bowl from here. I was so excited being that the reviews are so good and I'm pregnant and constantly craving salmon. Within the first couple bites I was greeted by a large bone inside one of my salmon pieces. I've never had this happen when eating salmon from a sushi or poke place. I immediately stopped eating it because I didn't want to encounter anymore bones and being pregnant the idea of swallowing a fish bone doesn't sound like a great position to be in. I called the store and they said they would let a manager know and have them call me back. That was Monday last week. No one called me back so I called again on Friday and again left my phone number and was told the manager would call me back. Here we are Wednesday a week and a half later, no one has contacted me so I'm taking this to Google. I'll definitely never eat here again, not just because of the lack of deboning their fish but because the lack of customer service.

The food and customer service is very good. I was an employee from 2019-2020, and ownership did not like me and I was treated poorly. I never called out, caused issues, not was I fired. I did what ownership asked of me in period.

Fresh fish, good selection of toppings, but a little bit pricey. App gets you occasional discounts.
