First time coming here, my mom and i got seated our waitress explained how the buffet works and where everything was she was so nice and polite, including all the workers we felt welcome with all the employees 10/10 experience personally We didn’t care much for the pizza but the salad bar was full and looked very delicious and it was thank you pizza inn ?
This place is one of the best run restaurants I have ever been to. It can be very busy on occasion and all employees are working hard in an efficient and friendly manner. Pizza comes out constantly and is hot and fresh each time. This is the only pizza buffet in Knoxville that puts out a good variety of pizza that does not include pork (which I cannot eat) and I am thankful. I hope whoever is running this place keeps up the good work!
I was invited to join my sister and her family for lunch. I didn't pay so I don't know the cost. I was surprised at how good the pizzas were. I had a salad with blue cheese dressing three slices of assorted flavored pizzas, NOT the one with pineapple. That's just wrong in my opinion. My nephew ordered a taco pizza. I admit I didn't think it would be good but it actually was pretty good. It's why they drove over 1.5 hours to enjoy his pizza choice.Service was excellent. Attentive and watchful. I enjoyed my lunch.
First time going to Pizza Inn and what a great dining experience. From the hostess to the waitress(Cindy), the salad bar coordinator and the General Manager, Justin, everyone one was amazing. A smiling can do attitude made our experience awesome. The drinks were always refilled quickly and any special requests for a menu item pizza was quickly made and available for consumption. The salad bar was fresh with lots of veggies and soups, chili, spaghetti as well as Alfredo with noodles. At least 18 different pizzas were available for your taste buds. Thin crust or regular dough was used. At least 5 dessert pizzas were available as well. Everything was great with no complaints. My complements to Justin and Cindy. We will go back soon and hope to see You there as well.
Our first visit here and we were HIGHLY satisfied! From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, hard working, and pleasant. Even on a busy Friday night we were seated promptly, every pizza we tried was hot, fresh, and delicious. The desert pizza was amazing, and altogether the buffet had more pizza options than we knew were possible. We LOVED the openness of the faith shown around the restaurant, from t-shirts and signs to the way the staff treated everyone around them. Well done and a perfect example of how to run a successful business!
Such a wonderful place to take your kids and family to eat. They waitresses all are so nice and sweet. You can ask for any type of specialty pizza for the buffet and before they put it on the buffet, they will bring some plates and the pizza to your table and serve you with your specialty pizza first. Got to love the strawberry dessert pizza and cinnamon pizza. They also have a small area game room for the kids to keep them a little busy so you can relax as well.
The pizza was cold and if you like a lot of sauce, you would like it. I prefer little sauce. The salad bar was very good! There are so many choices!Our waitress seemed overwhelmed. I asked for unsweetened tea with 4 lemon wedges. She brought no lemons and no straw.They were attententive with clearing plates from our table.Overall, a 3 star place to eat pizza and a 5 star for the salad bar!
All in all, this is a decent pizza place. Pizza quality is a step up from Cici's, and there's a (limited) beer selection. The restaurant has a strong Christian atmosphere. Several of the servers wore Christian-themed t-shirts, and the background music consists of contemporary Christian songs). I had a couple of Michelob Ultras with my lunch, so the price (with tip) ended up being a bit over $20.
Omg best pizza buffet ever! It's usually pretty busy, but totally worth it. Staff is super friendly and nice. If they are out of a pizza that you like on the buffet then let your server know what you want and they will make it and bring it to your table first before they put it on the buffet :) love this place and could really go several times a week. Taco pizza and chocolate chip cookie pizza are my favorite!
placed an order got concomfirmation order had been received and would be an hour. We used door dash who were at Pizza Inn at the right time and were told that we had no order they had to make it. Door Dash said he couldn't do that so called us from Pizza Inn and said he was so sorry if we got another order in he would be happy to deliver it. We called Pizza Inn and we're giving the run around they tried to blame it on door dash but we made the order through them and got a confirmation through them. I live .3 miles from Pizza Inn and will never use this place again. At least they could have done was offered some sort of discount for our wait and their mistake but I guess loosing customers is more important. word of mouth is strong asset!!
