I ordered a pizza picked it up got home and it was burnt.I called up there and told them,they put me on hold.I was on hold 15mins and no one came to the phone.I drove back up there,with my pizza and my phone in my hand and I was still on hold.I was supper mad.They offered to give money back,I told them I just want a pizza not burnt.I had company that night.I told them u had the best pizzas well it mad a liar out of me.I was really disappointed. For the time I had to wait and the gas to go back and forth I should have gotten the pizza for nothing.After everything I had to go through just to get one.
Now 30 minutes past when our order was supposed to be ready and it still isn't done. She waited for 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be brought out for curbside and had to go in and is still waiting. Nobody will answer the phone either. This is ridiculous
Accidentally ordered breadsticks instead of cheese sticks on the mobile app, tried to call to remove/change it, but never could get anyone on the phone. I’ve called multiple times just to wait and for the call to eventually be hung up. Been waiting over an hour for my food to arrive and have spent at least 30 min of it on the phone waiting to talk to someone for it to never happen.
The cheese sticks were great as usual...but the pizza crust was so bland and the last two times we ordered were the same....please bring back the parmesan crust and the other flavor crust..
The food was delicious and even though our driver forgot our drink on our original delivery, he made sure to turn around and bring it back. We have encountered other drivers at other restaurants who never corrected their error. We greatly appreciate his dedication.
We ordered two large pizzas. There was one piece from each pizza partially eaten and the pizza thrown in the garbage. Both pizzas were terrible. We usually order from PH 1-3 a month, this made us question if we would ever order again. They were both completely different pizzas and both disgusting.
Not only was it very expensive and took forever, it was cooked too long. The pizza crust was very hard and the cinnamon rolls were burnt!
Don't do it! Coldest,hardest incorrect $30 meal box ever. Had to pay extra for cheese on the bread but didn't happen and very burnt. No sauce on pizzas which was also burnt. Had this same experience twice in a roll,not going be a third.
The order was ready at the exact time given on the app and the amount of toppings was good also.
Me and dad haven’t been here in a while. Food is good still weighing in on the Parmesan cheese shortage of 2021. But alas the food is good, we miss the beer To go special.
