I ordered pizza for my two boys. I wanted the pizza delivered, but the driver ended up having a flat tire. Someone at pizza hut called me to let me know. I ended up having to go there anyway. It save me about ten-ish dollars, but I felt like they could have done a little more since I was wanting to not have to get out of my house. The pizza was good though, so I really can't complain.
The waitress was very attentive despite having to wait tables, work the register and go on deliveries. She did a great job!
If being understaffed, they do a great job. Our server came to us and said if we needed any refills, to go up front because she had to make a delivery. This means that each person there pulls together to help out each other. This is great service from a wonderful team. Thank you
Pizza was delivered hot and fresh and exactly as ordered. Lots of delicious toppings. So good!!
I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza, but the Buffalo sauce came on the side in a small container instead of on the actual pizza. This is a bizarre way to make a pizza.
Great service hot pizza ...pan large was great ? recommended by the personnel that I could buy a large for less ? than a medium ? yeah!!!
Flawless. Used the App, tells you exactly when it will be done. Went inside, spoke to this beautiful lady that was working, grabbed my pizza, and out the door.
I do not recommend going to this location Lynn the manager is a nasty, rude, woman. She should not be in any type of position dealing with customers what so ever. I come every week and will never be returning because of this disrespectful, obnoxious woman. Shame on you for allowing her to treat guests in this manner.
The Pizza to at least be warm, also the bread sticks & more than 1 sauce, & not be charged extra for it, that is why i will never go back into a location & order anything & this will probably be the last time i order on line. The last time i visited your location on chapman hwy. in Knoxville, the manager was very rude to me & wanted to charge me extra for a sauce. I explained to him that i had been coming into his store for a long time & was never charged for a extra sauce, he explained to me that someone was not doing their job. I stated to him the Lady manager ( Carol ) i believe that is her name never charged me. He said oh she is not a manager, she is just here, i thought to myself how unprofessional to say that about a person you work with or anyone for that matter.
I am not sure there will be another visit. I spent almost $50 for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. The one pizza barely had any sauce, I ordered extra extra mushrooms and cheese which I am glad I did or there would not have been any. I even called the store to make sure it was received. All of the order was over cooked and tough. So No I was not satisfied ended up throwing 3/4 of the order out was so overcooked and tough could not eat it. WELL DONE does not mean charred and burned cheese.
